Well what can I say but a very enjoyable trip ! Enjoyed seeing the city from the bay and we were all wrapped up in our protective gear.Charles kept us informed of all the attractions and history etc and all the family enjoyed the trip. Two hours well spent in what was a calm day in the Bay !

I can't recommend this experience enough, especially if you or your kids are prone to boredom on the normal sightseeing boat rides. First off, Capt. Charles has years of commercial experience and considers the safety of his passengers before anything else. We rode by a paddle boarder and his dog. The man had a flotation vest but the dog did... You get protective gear, and it will serve you well! You will get the spray of the Bay, and will bounce on the waves for an exciting ride! Go on a day when the sun is out, and you will be rewarded with wonderful views around the Bay. The boat carries may be a dozen peaole, so it is a... More

I bravely took my daughter and 10 of her 14-year-old friends on the Bay Voyager for her birthday on a Sunday in early June. From the start Captain Charles made us feel we were in good hands, from the donning of foul-weather gear to getting settled on the boat to venturing into the waters off Jack London Square in Oakland,... Enjoyed seeing SF for the 1st time from this perspective - boat is fun and protective gear ensures you stay dry. interesting seeing the working dock as you leave Oakland to head towards the bay and Capt. Charles very informative. Got a real understanding of the layout and history of the city before even setting foot there - a great... More

My best friend came into town for Veterans Day weekend and I wanted to take her to do something cool and fun!..This was TOTALLY Cool and Fun! It was a good trip around the bay and Captain Charles' previous professional experiences made for good explanations of the Bay, the Vessels, and the history from the water. He knew some good... More

When a scheduling conflict developed Captain Charles contacted us and arranged for a private tour on his day off. It was worth the wait: we saw SF bay from an entirely different perspective while travelling in a US Naval Seals type boat. How cool is that? The unrehearsed narrative covered many aspects of the city including a stop over to... More

What an unforgettable way to experience San Francisco. Captain Charles' years of working on the bay shone through in his humorous and informative commentary as he whisked us around the highlights of the Bay, from the Oakland docks to the Golden Gate, around Alcatraz, by the San Francisco Ferry building, by Pier 39 and more. I lived in the Bay... More

Charles and The Bay Voyager provided my husband and I with a top-notch trip on the Bay. He is personable and has a real knack for showing customers a view of the area that has not been seen before! I used to work on the Bay, and it was a joy to see some of the spots we used to... More

This tour is definitely the best bay tour you can take. My wife and I were looking for a tour that would be more exciting than your average boat tour and bay voyager delivered. The tour starts with a slow paced tour of the bay from the Oakland side and quickly turns into a fast moving thrill ride that takes... More
