My daughter and I booked a one-day ticket on Big Bus Tours, which was promoted (over other competing companies) by our concierge. It was fine for an overview of the city. Our guide seemed to be stuck in a time warp: a lot of bad jokes and he was actually quite disrespectful and offensive when talking about the poorer section... More

We bought the 48 hour pass and enjoyed the extras that came with it. The informative tour gave a great overview of San Francisco and helped us lay out our Itinerary for the rest of our stay in the City. Excellent source of transportation around the city during those two days. Enjoyed the night tour. I have to warn you... More

We were excited to take a tour of the city and chose Big Bus Tours. It was easily booked online and had a couple of extras that came with the 48hr tickets. Our first tour guide was not great. In fact had it not been for our 2nd guide, Thaddeus, it would have gotten a poor rating. The route was... More

This tour is very good - takes you around many interesting areas of the city - with great informative guides. We had a great tour especially from the curly moustached your guide, and others on other hop on - hop off busses. The price for 48 hour ticket includes many extras which make it worth the extra $10 per person.

The Big Bus tour was recommended to us and didn't disappoint. It was an easy (and not too expensive) way to see the major attractions that San Francisco had to offer. The hop on/hop off was no problem with buses coming along regularly. We were fortunate enough to have a tour guide on board as we crossed the Golden Gate... More

We bought the 48hour ticket and really, it's a must. We are so glad we did it. We used it a lot and went on the night tour across the bay bridge and it was spectacular. We got to see everything we wanted and stopped if we wanted and just pick up another bus. They provide us with maps so... More

Bought two day pass which was excellent value for money - even included bike passes which we didn't have time to use. Did full tour of San Francisco, tour of Sausalito and night tour. Our guide on the night tour was Christine who was brilliant. She gave us a full commentary adding her own witty comments which added to the... More

These include the Golden Gate Bridge and Park, golden gate park, fisherman's wharf and all notable sights of this great city. You can ride up top and get an unobstructed view or stay below and avoid the wind and cold of the Golden Gate... More

This was an outstanding tour of the San Francisco area, including a trip over the Golden Gate Bridge. I have lived 50 miles from San Francisco my entire life and learned so much from this tour. Anna, our tour guide, was fantastic, and Hong (spelling) was a great driver. This is a trip that you shouldn't miss!
