Got to see so much in one day but our pass allows for 72 hours! Blake and George (George i think-the driver) were amazing. You can tell Blake truly loves his job and his city. That is so nice to see. If he doesn't really enjoy his job, he should take up a career as an actor because he had... More

This is the 4th time I have purchased the (48) hr pass...NOT A WASTE OF $$$ OR TIME...if you have the chance to get on this bus tour (21) stops (hop-off, hop-on), then do it!!!! the experience of seeing SF up high is the absolute BEST; always bring a jacket, scarf, beanie, gloves with you...it may not be COLD in... This would have been a 5 star review as I think the value is great and our guide was very pleasant and informative for the red tour. The Sausalito tour was problematic because Daniel our driver told us to get out of the bus at the Golden Gate South area and "walk up a path to your left" to get... More

My friend and I did the Big Bus night tour which was amazing all by itself, but our tour guide ANTHONY was AMAZING! We learned about historic events and info while being thoroughly entertained by his sense of humor. We actually took another tour because he was the guide. This is a must do!

My husband and I took the Ultimate Tour which was 72 hours. It was two blocks from our hotel so was very convenient. We started our tour at 9:00 a.m. and rode the entire way around San Francisco first to see all the sights. We had headphones and a recorded tour first which we didn't mind. On another day we... I'd convinced myself to use a HOHO whilst in San Francisco and was leaning towards City Site-seeing but was dissuaded from them by a motel which sold tickets for the various tours in favour of Big Bus Tours - big mistake! Firstly, we waited for over an hour after the scheduled start time for a bus to arrive and then... More

We got the three day pass ($70 pp) and felt we got as much value out of it as we could. My friends and I arrived in San Francisco and decided to go with Big Bus Tours to take us around the city. We boarded the bus at Fisherman's Wharf and was promptly greeted by our driver Dion and tour guide Anthony, this guy is hilarious. From the moment you board the bus until the minute you leave he will have... More

With only 2 days in SF this was a great way of getting around the city by getting your bearings doing a full loop, then hopping on and off at your prefered attractions. The bonus of a 48 hour pass( we pre booked it online and the time started when we collected the tickets) is a free night tour. Good... More

The tour itself is good and you get to see the major sights of San Francisco. What really made it though was our Tour Guide Blake, who routinely sang at the competition's busses and just generally had a hilarious manner and great disposition. Definitely fun.
