We were advised by our hotel staff to try the Big Bus tour taking in all the city sights form Fishermans Quay to the Golden Gate Bridge. With an add on trip round Solsulito ( included in our 48 hour package) allowing us to stop off for lunch, the advice proved sound. If it's your first time in Frisco then... More

We got our tickets for 48 hour hop on hop off access. Our hotel was selling them at less than the online price. We took the full ride on our first day to get the lay of the land. Then we went back and hopped on and off at each stop. No problem finding seats, maybe due to the cool... More

We were told that buses come every 15 to 20 min. People waiting at stops for over an hour. We were told that every other bus had a live guide and we should hop off at stop number one if we wanted one, instead of a recording. At stop 1, jumped off and ran to live guide bus where we... More

WE researched the different companies and decided to go with Big Bus Tours. We got our tickets right at the bus in Union Square, and decided to go with the 48 hr pass as it came with some freebies. Twice, we had Jason as our guide and he was fantastic! Both knowledgeable and entertaining, he told funny stories and gave... More

Incase you didn't read the title Doug & Hong were awesome. Try to get in their bus. Doug is very funny and kept everyone entertained. Plus Hong made sure we survived with his driving skills.

We booked the Big Bus Hop On/Off Tour to get our bearings as it had been a while since we were in the City, the guides are very informative, and as you hop on and off the various stops it makes it easy to find your way around, without climbing those San Francisco hills they call streets.

I booked Big bus for 48 hours and took it from Union square.I just sat in the bus and did the full round for 2.5 hours. It was good fun way to see the city. Second time round I got off at Fisherman's wharf and walked around. Then hopped on again and went to Golden gate bridge. There went for... More

Wholly recommend everyone who is going to visit this amazing city to book this tour on their first day. Pete the guide gave a non stop 2 and a half hour commentary of interesting facts about the city and gave us plenty to consider of areas we would like to explore later on our vacation. TIP If you book online... More

The tour was okay. The first bus we tried to hop on the driver rudely kicked us off, because we only had the tickets on our phone. He wanted us to print off the exact page that we were showing him on the phone. We then had to beg a local hotel to let us use their printer, and then... More
