Great experience getting to know the whole city! Visits all major points in San Francisco and Sausalito, would definitely recommend it. If you want to get a whole different experience, my wife and I were thrilled, I would definitely recommend that you make sure you take the bus where ANTHONY is your tour guide! The wait is worthwhile, I am... More

We started off we Blake....hilarious, followed my John....bonkers and finished with Patrick....great fun. Highly recommend this tour. Having the 48 hour ticket is such a great idea as today we can go back and spend time at the different stops. Sausalito is really lovely and very well worth a visit. This whole experience far exceeded our expectations. Keep up the... More

Excellent value and you have three full days either side of your booked Alcatraz visit. We did the Golden Gate tour which allows you to walk across and pick up the bus the other side. The next day we did the downtown route. Both interesting and both excellent commentaries.

Me, my husband and mother went to San Fran on vacation. We were staying at the Hotel Zephyr and we asked what the best tour was they said the big bus and they were right. We loved the history that they provided and we really liked that we could hop on and off anywhere. We got the 2 day pass... More

Just spent 5 days in San Francisco. Took a 2 day tour with the Big Bus Tour - and did a day tour and a night tour. Tour guides were excellent ("Ginger Ninja" day tour, "Blake" night tour) and really made the trip not only informative but thoroughly entertaining.

We were very pleased with our Big Bus Tours experience in San Francisco. The bus was very clean and modern and stopped at the key downtown sights in the area. Driving across the very impressive - albeit windy! - Golden Gate Bridge was a definite highlight. We would recommend it. Morgan was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. A credit... More

Confusing offerings by other hop-on bus companies meant that we paid the extra for this company that offers a complete tour that includes crossing the Golden Gate Bridge. The usual audio guide was adequate and in January there were far more "Big Buses" than their competition roving the streets. The whole trip takes about 2 hours and beware the 45... More

My Wife and I got a 24 hour pass, we got this at around 3pm the first day and were able to use it that evening and the next morning. For both of our days our guide was 'Princess Ariel' and she was absolutely fantastic! She was great fun and very knowledgeable - I think at the time she had... More

We started our day with this tour and our guide was Blake, his enthusiasm and endless jokes had us laughing and entertained the entire time! We enjoyed him so much that when we got off to the next part of our tour my fiancé and I said to each other "I hope we get him on the way back when... More
