Jason was our tour guide and he was great! He knew the city and the history of certain areas. He was informational and helped everyone on the bus enjoy their time. We went on the bus twice and to Sausalito.

I have used them in other cities and the service usually is good . Here in San Francisco they don't have people in the street explaining how to get the places or info about the delays

We purchased the 24 hour ticket but didn't start early enough to time the walking tours right. It's a good way to get a good overview of San Francisco. We did hop on and off several times. One bus had a great young man as tour guide: knowledgeable (as we expected) and very entertaining. The next bus seemed to just... More

Took this tour and got dynamite package which included a day and night tour for 48 hours. Did all it should but loved the night tour. Our guide Jason and the driver Guo were brilliant. If I was to do it again is always get a bus with tour guide they don't all have them but the ones that do... More

My cousins and I did the 48 hour hop on hop deal in San Fran. We had such a great time at Fisherman's Wharf and decided to take the tour bus around the city. Worth the $50 for 2 days. We tour the city day and night and saw the Golden Gate bridge, learn bout historical places, see Lombard Street,... More

We rode this tour bus on March 26th with our 2 children and our parents. Busses promised every 20 mins on the brochure and we also confirmed that with the person that sold us the tickets. We waited over 40 mins for a bus at Pier 39. It was hot and humid. As we got into the bus, we were... More

This hop on hop off bus is great! It allowed us to see the city all day long and not worry about the cost of transit. We got on the first bus of the day, did the loop around once and then got off later in the day to tour what we wanted to see in greater depth. The audio... More

We did the 48 hours hop on/off Dynamite package which included the evening city lights tour as well. The bus is a great open top double decker so you get good views all around. The bus tour goes all around the city including over the Golden Gate Bridge. There are at least 20 stops on the route where you can... More

Big bus isn't the cheapest, and I found the route to not be great there was a mix of good places it took and left others out. For example it would tell you where to get off for certain tourist attractions but didn't really stop near them and had to walk to get to places, which is really tough in... More

Nice audiocast throughout open-air top level of doubledecker tour bus. However, word of caution is to make sure you choose seat w/ working audiocast b/c there's no live narrator, any tour stop signs, or even any clear maps of tour stop locations on the buses. In addition, it's great idea to take advantage of walking tours b/c a knowledgable &... More
