Yosemite-Tours offers 1-day tour of Yosemite National Park and the Giant Sequoias. Our Yosemite 1-day tour maximizes the time you spend inside Yosemite National Park with an early pick up and traveling in smaller vehicles, no large motor coaches. You’ll be able to explore both Yosemite Valley and the Giant Sequoias in one day and spend more time in the park (at least 5 hours) than any other 1-day Yosemite tour available.

The sights at Yosemite are absolutely amazing! But the bus is too tiny for such a long trip. They overpacked the bus on the way back and we were squished like sardines. Very uncomfortable for a 4 hour trip. I would only recommend this tour if they get a bigger bus.

Bus left a liitle late because of pick up delays. Driver Helmut well versed in some history & local knowledge The weather clears significantly once out of San Francisco & thru the valley. What would have been good was Helmut told us so much info, a small flyer given with some major sights to see & time frames of each... More

We really enjoyed our tours with Yosemite Tours. The guides were passionate and knowledgeable. The tour took us to all of the best attractions. We did a little bit of hiking to see the Giant Sequoias. It was well worth it. The guides tailored the tour to suit the group which was great. It was fun and comfortable. We got... More

We took a full day tour which gave a great overview of an absolutely fabulous place. The tour guide was able to give some background which we otherwise just wouldn't have got and the tour meant that we could sit back and take in the fabulous views stopping at the major sights. Some of the roads would have needed your... More

I booked the Giant Sequoia tour and there is no way to describe just how amazing the visit was. The day starts off early but the shuttle bus was comfortable enough that I managed to get a few hours sleep on the way. Ben the tour guide was very knowledgeable about not only the park but also the surrounds on... More

OK so we are 3 hours on a train and two hours on a bus each way for a total of ten hours travel (Guide taking you to the park was a great guy can't remember his name!) time with about 3 hours or so at Yosemite. You meet a guide at the ferry building (Red shirts/jackets) under the clock.... More

Yosemite Tours pick up at Hotel before sunrise by transport van for small group of about 10 people. Trip was long but pleasant thru the groves, mountains etc. time spent at Yosemite was for me just enough time as I just wanted to visit not explore the Yosemite experience. So basically I went for the ride and a couple of... More

We went with San Francisco sightseeing tours and I must say I was extremely pleasantly surprised! Our bus driver, Patrick, was knowledgeable, witty and an absolute delight on the 4 hour bus journey there and back, guving us interesting tidbits of knowledge about California along the way. The bus was very comfortable and equipped with air con which was handy... More

Took the Amtrak to Yosemite and then the shuttle tour. Our tour guides were excellent on all parts of the trip. The trip is long (we had to be at Pier 1 at 6:45 AM and arrived back at our hotel after 10 PM). We would have liked more time in the park to really see I it, but did... More

Took the train to Yosemite and opted for the open tram tour with Yosemite Park Ranger. Departed SF around 7 AM and returned around 10 PM. Travel time is about 5 hours each way with the train accounting for 3 hours. Highly recommend the park ranger tour if you want to learn as much as you can about Yosemite. Yosemite... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
