This is a 3.5 hour tour. Excellent value and way to see lots of areas of the city in a short amount of time. Our guide, AARON, was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, personable and friendly! Adequate time for pictures at a number of stops. Only complaint was that we were NOT informed initially that we had to confirm the hotel pickup,... More

I did several tours through this company while in San Francisco (Sonoma/Napa wine tour, Muir Woods/Sausalito tour, 17-mile drive tour) and all of them were fantastic. The tour guides had great personalities and lots of facts for the entire drive. The buses were comfortable and had AC and WiFi. If you want to see any of the destinations they tour... More

Last week we took the Grayline Bus tour from San Francisco to Yosemite. We were very disappointed, and here is why… You have to be at their office on Taylor St at 6:30 AM – they did not open the doors until 6:40, leaving us standing with the homeless guys sleeping on the street at their door… then the bus... A brilliant way to see the City with very knowledgeable guides. Inexpensive and educational, great way to see the world.

Gray Line was an an excellent tour. We did the morning tour of San Francisco and stopped at the Golden Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks and Lands End. Our tour guide was very informative and it was a great trip!

I had a few hours to kill in SF while my husband played golf, and wanted to do something I had never done before. I could easily walk around SF for a few hours, so much to see and do right in town, but I had always wanted to see Muir Woods, so decided on this tour, a combo Muir... More

We had 3 consecutive day tours booked and confirmed with Super Sightseeing (SS). On each occasion the hotel pickup was at least 15 mins late. After hotel pickups finish, you are taken to their ticket office near Fishermans Wharf. You have to redeem your voucher for a receipt and coloured tickets that indicate which bus you take for the tour.... More

The pro of this trip is not having to drive and being able to scratch off Yosemite from your bucket list. Unfortunately, the traffic on Sat June 27th was bad and it ate time from our park visit time. The tour promises at most 4 hrs, and we got 3 hrs. The driver, Sonya, planned the trip with stops for... More

We were excited about visiting San Francisco for our vacation, so we thought a Gray Line City Tour would be a great way to do our site seeing. We pre-ordered our tickets online and arranged for Gray Line to pick us up at the hotel. The FIRST problem we encountered with this tour was that they changed our tour time... More
