We used this open top sightseeing bus company over two days in San Francisco. Our driver was Mike and our excellent tour guide was Matt. Our first day was 4th July so everywhere was busy and the tour took a bit longer than usual. We couldn't get anywhere near the Golden Gate Bridge so our driver took us to a... More

Took the two day pass with a discount, don't be afraid to haggle a little in Union square, as all the operators want your business. Great tour, around two hours long but hop on and off at all the places of interest. The two day pass gets you the Sausalito tour and evening tour as well, so worth the money.... More

Although this bus tour did give a good overview of the city and covered most of the stops, i feel the tour may be more suited for perhaps, more senior travelers. The bus made frequent stops for bathroom breaks and photos which is senior friendly. Stops at Land's End and Twin Peaks were nice and the tour guide (Joe) was... More

We took this all-day tour of San Francisco and had a great time. Our driver was very knowledgable and informative. The bus was quite comfortable and the onboard bathroom was a plus. Our tour also included an amazing tour of Alcatraz. Would definitely recommend. Great way to see a lot of San Francisco in a short period of time.

July 12 This is my third Napa Valley- Sonoma wine tour which was very enjoyable. Gray Line's driver, Gordon, also served as the tour director. Growing up in California, Gordon shared a wealth of information about wines (of course), history and facts of San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Sonoma, and music. His lunch recommendations were great. Getting in and out... More

The tour was pretty good, very polite driver and we covered many parts of SFO. Driver shared good information and had good stops at Golden gate bridge, some beach and twin peaks. There was long queue in morning to pick up tickets so plan for it.

I just visited San Francisco with my daughter (who is 8 months pregnant), my best friend and her 8 year old daughter. My best friend booked a private tour to be sensitive to my daughters needs and comfort. Manny was our tour guide and gave us the royal treatment. Even though he was a fellow Texan, his knowledge of the... More

Our school chartered a bus to take a group of 35 students aged 16-18 around the San Francisco and Bay areas. The coach we had was modern and had good air conditioning. The highlight of our trip was our incredible bus driver Randy Orosco. Randy was very friendly and was able to make some great relationships with our students. His... More

Grayline has an awesome hop on hop off tour of San Francisco. We'd recommend buying the Go Card before you go from Smarter Destinations as this attraction is included. They had something like 17 or 18 stops along the way including Haight/Ashbury, Golden Gate Bridge, and China Town. Our tour guide Marquis was great. So great in fact that we... More
