The drivers and tour guides were fantastic! They picked us up when we flagged them down as we were walking between bus stops. (Thanks Richard!) Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, witty and friendly. Matt, Ali, Mono.... all were so helpful and went out of their way to give us advice and show us places we wanted to visit on... More

Having travelled through the most amazing country to get to San Francisco, we were disappointed with the City. However, when we got on GREGG FETHEROFF'S coach for our city tour we changed our minds. He was fantastic, not only with the natural and informative information but his skill in manouvering the coach. I would highly recommend him - do take... More

We purchased the hop on hop off tour for two days. Great way to see the city. Busses don't always pick you up right where they drop you off. Could be on the other side of a block and you would never know. This's was made up by the entertaining commentary by our fun guide Misha and driver Derek!!!

We signed up for what we thought would be a Super City Tour on one bus. Here is how it really worked: one bus for our hotel pick-up, whereupon we were driven to the Gray Line office to get the actual tickets for our tour. Then yet another bus (which was small and extremely uncomfortable) for the actual tour. Finally,... More

My family and I took the hop-on, hop-off tour on Saturday. We are really glad we did! We had a few different tour guides, but Matt Moore was by far our favorite. He was full of information and life. He really brought the spirit of San Francisco to life while giving us a lot of detail about the city. I... More

My wife and I traveled to San Francisco with another couple earlier this month and decided to use a combination of a 24 hour hop-on hop-off tour pass and SFMTA 3 day passport to get around for our 3 night stay. It was a great combination for a total of $53 per person. We used the SFMTA pass on streetcars... More

Had an OK time at best. Could have been a lot better. Did the Monterey/Carmel tour. Was not impressed at the main office. It was pure chaos there with check-ins.. I felt bad for the guy who was trying to direct everyone. Our tour driver made a bunch of stereotypical statements that had nothing to do with the tour. Then... More

Great bus tour. We had a great blast on the bus. I recommend requesting Willie Payton as your driver. He's funny and knows the area well. Over all a great experience

They were late picking us up at hotel then got attitude about it. The next disappointment was when we rushed Alcatraz so we could do city tour but no one was there to pick us up so we walked 8 blocks to main office and the people there were no help. I would never recommend this company to anyone who... More

Took the hop on hop off tour. Great way to see the city. Rode with a few different guides. They were all well informed and courteous. Matt was great!!
