What an awesome day! Went to Monteray and Carmel. Beautiful drive along the coast, plenty of stopping for pictures. Our driver, Antonio, was awesome! Funny, pleasant and very informative. It was an all day tour and interesting every step of the way.

Our trip was made by our driver and tour guide Adolfo and Mike D. If anyone wants a fantastic tour ask for these guys! They showed us all the beautiful sites of San Fran with added bonuses of jokes and good fun along with timing their night tour perfectly to see the fireworks over the bridge and the super bowl... My husband and I took this tour on a suggestion from our uber driver. So glad we did! Marquis was an excellent tour guide and Mike was an impressive driver! Those streets aren't easy! We only had half of the day to do as much as we could before my conference and this let us get a good taste of... More

Amazing, all because of our Tour Guide, Antonio L. This guy is witty and hysterically funny on top of being extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed this tour immensely;not only due to the grandeur and beauty of the scenery, but Antonio L. made this into the highlight of our entire trip to San Francisco! I would suggest specifying him, it's worth everything!... More

My sister and I took the 9:00am San Francisco tour on December 8, 2015 along with about 8 others and we had a great time! Our driver, who's name begins with an A but we can not recall it (not because he was not very memorable but because we are old and forgetful!!-we think it is Alejandro but not sure)... More

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. We did the Alcatraz/San Fran City Tour and it was a huge waste of time. We were told to be at the gray line station no later than 8:45am for our 9:00am tour. We got there early and then got on the bus, rode about five minutes down to the pier where the Alcatraz tour... More

Paul, our host was great! He was funny, entertaining, and welcoming!! The ride was super windy-- most people are able to suck it up but my family is so accustomed to Central Coast weather that we found it a challenge to feel protected from the wind speed on the 2nd floor. Nevertheless, it was a blast! and an easy way... More

We booked through Viator and the bus was with Grayline. Our driver was Randy, who was very informative and fun. He made a few extra stops along the way. Even dropped us individually at our hotels as it was late when we hit back from this 9 Hr day. Thanks Randy for a great day.

Purchased 48 hour hop on hop off with night tour. Mostly satisfied with guides. Some more enthusiastic than others. Buses were a little behind some times but traffic cannot be helped.I feel these tours are a good way to see city. Took the Muir Woods tour and it was quite nice.

Items to improve: * No earphones to listen in other languages, despite what the website says: "GPS activated foreign language audio guide available in English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, and Italian - See more at: website of graylineofsanfrancisco.com" * There's a bus like a cable car that was running in a rainning day. There was so many drips that the... More
