Not as informative as I'd hoped.

The ride was of course great and the speaker was good but I've been on much more informative Hop On/Hop Off Double Decker City Bus Tours. It was worth the fare, just riding around... read more

I highly recommend NOT going with Gray Line. I travel frequently and have been on many day/half day tours in the past, but I cannot believe how a large company like Gray Line can be so disorganized. When I say disorganized, I mean utter chaos. The only thing that salvaged our day was our guide, Sonia. She was a very... More

The ride was of course great and the speaker was good but I've been on much more informative Hop On/Hop Off Double Decker City Bus Tours. It was worth the fare, just riding around and getting to see everything especially the vantage point (great pic of Haight Ashbury street sign from top deck). Would recommend but it was an average... This was a great value and the service was top notch. Our driver was Kaboosh (I know that's not spelled correctly) and he was hilarious and very knowledgable. You wouldn't have thought he'd done this tour a hundred times. He made it special and his exceptional driving skills when navigating downtown San Francisco traffic in a 45 ft bus was... More

The open top bus tour round the city is maybe the only easy way for most tourists to see the sights of the city. The guides were very informative and seemed oblivious to the fact that crossing the Golden Gate in what felt like a full gale was quite an experience. At times it felt like a white knuckle ride.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary here in San Fransisco and enjoyed seeing the city and all it has to offer through the top deck of our double decker tour bus. Our guide Matt was a local and had lots of insights into fun place to visit for nightlife as well as great suggestion for places to grab... More

My wife and I just finished the Napa/Sonoma tour; the stops were okay ( nothing special) , but the day was completely soured by our very rude and ignorant guide "Gordie". This guy looks like a used car salesman and has the most abrasive personality I have ever had the misfortune to encounter in the hospitality industry. He started the... More

We went on the city tour with Greg (outstanding !!!. He is from SF and gave us personal insights and history we could never have gotten in any other way. Its clear he loves the city and obvious that he thoroughly enjoys what he does. He was absolutely professional all the way.Our Sausalito and Muir Woods tours were with Manny... More

I booked the Ultimate City Tour with Gray Line through Alcatraz Excursions. Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. The time at each of the stops was adequate for everything we wanted to do. It was great to hear a little history about San Francisco, especially detail on the Sutro Baths http://www.parksconservancy.org/visit/park-sites/lands-end.html Because the speakers on the left side were...
