We had never been to SF so we wanted to make sure we saw all the touristy stops around the city. We sat on the top of the double decker bus and were ferried around town. Since you get off the bus and get back on a different bus later, we never had the same bus or guide. Some of... More

Rubbish system of booking! Booked 4-5 weeks early for a city, Alcatraz and woods tour. Turned up on day to find out that our Alcatraz booking was not being honoured as we had not 'checked in' 24 hours in advance. We were not the only people in this situation. We were initially offered the 'escape the rock' tour around, not... More

Our tour guide, Aldolpho, was a great tour guide!!! He was very knowledgeable of the San Francisco area and had a witty sense of humor that made the tour fun. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. You saw a lot of San Francisco in just one day so if you can't spend a lot of time here, I... More

Did the loop with our guide a lady who was great very informative and patient. Fantastic views especially over the Golden Gate Bridge. When we hopped on later we were... More

I had been looking so forward to this day trip with my husband. We had a week in San Francisco and decided this would be a great trip. I didn't do my homework on how long it would actually take to get to Monterey, but it was several hours which included a short stop on the way. When we got... More

We did a day of hop on hop off and it's well worth it. Booked tickets through viator and got on at union square (by Macy's). Our tour guide was Willie and the guy is hilarious. I'm sure a career on the stand up circuit awaits. Stopped off at golden gate to walk the bridge and got back on later... More

We hit the jackpot with tour guide Paul. He shared is his knowledge with excitement and humor as he expertly guided us through the many neighborhoods and fantastic sights of San Francisco. We joined the tour at Union Square and especially enjoyed the access to the Golden Gate Bridge and neighborhoods such as Haight Ashbury and the special music Paul... More

Unfortunately their hop on hop off buses are old & run down, there are better companies out there. But if you do by chance book a hop on hop off look for one particular driver ( David Williams ) David has the best commentary by far, he is also very accommodating & goes out of his way to help.

Hello David, thanks for your review. We hope you had a great time in San Francisco on your visit. We are sorry that the bus let you down. Unfortunately our buses take on a decent amount of wear and tear throughout the season. We are glad that you enjoyed the commentary of our drivers, Dave Williams in particular. We hope... More

Great way to spend half a day and get interesting information about the San Francisco Bay Area. Aaron our tour guide was excellent. Will bring you to your hotel at the end which is a big bonus.

Thanks for the review, we are glad that you were able to enjoy your trip to Muir Woods and Sausalito. Muir Woods is one of the beautiful gems of Northern California. If you enjoyed Muir Woods, you should consider visiting Yosemite the next time you visit California. Thanks again and we hope that you enjoyed your time in San Francisco. More

Had a great time! Mono was a terrific guide...Willie...well, he was not boring. There are about 6 tour companies that look alike...this is the only one with BLUE buses. That makes it easy. They ride through and stop at all the best places. Get off, look around, then catch the next one passing through. Great deal
