Count the ways this tour went wrong. We were told we would be picked up at our hotel at 8:40 (in writing) but when I called because they didn't show up I was told we had to walk to their office. I had no idea where it was so I had to get help from the hotel. Whe we got... More

It was a long ride to go back and forth from SF to Yosemite in one day, but our super driver Sonya made it a fun one. I wish I were good at a long bus ride, but i survived ok. It was rainy in the park, but that made it majestic too. I give 4 stars because it took... More

We booked the San Francisco hop-on hop-off coach tour through viator.com. The tour was a great intro to the City. We chose to stay on the coach the entire tour opposed to hopping off. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about San Francisco and was very friendly. For $35 per person it was well worth the money. Be prepared for unyielding... More

Terrible company - I booked the tour but didn't receive any confirmation about the hotel pick-up, and when I called the evening before to check they told me that I wasn't booked on as I hadn't called to confirm, despite receiving a confirmation email! After arguing the point, they finally allowed me to go, even though the tour was only... More

We booked a half day bus tour via Viator.com. While some people look at bus tours negatively this was a good way to see more of the city without becoming exhausted by walking. We were picked up at our hotel and delivered to the Gray Line location at Fisherman's Wharf. Jeff, our driver had lots of new tidbits about San... More

First. On the day we arrived i went to the office to confirm that we had been booked on the 10am tour to alcatraz as we had young children and didnt want to be over there in the cold afternoon. The young lady said yes be here by 9am to collect your tickets. The next day we arrived as planned... More

This tour is very lousy. We planned to take tour to napa and sonoma on 5th May 2015. They picked us up at 8.10 and arrived at the office at 9.07 am but the bus already left at 9.00 am. It seems like they already filled the bus with the walk in customers and tried to blame us on the... More

I took both the city tour and the Muir Woods/Sausalito tour. Both of them were fantastic! The city tour made more frequent stops, including one at the Golden Gate Bridge, where we got some fantastic views of the bridge as well as the bay! The Muir Woods tour made fewer stops but we were given a lot more time at... More

We did the Napa and Somona Valley wine tour. The Tour driver was very knowledgeable but sometimes talked too much. We went to 3 vineyards and did try some wonderful wine. The place where we stopped for lunch was beautiful and amazing, we went to the Italian place called Bottega. That was top notch!

Frequency and quality of buses could be better, but the guides are knowledgable. Buy tickets locally and negotiate for an extra day or two on your ticket
