We were able to have a relaxing and enlightening evening exploring Northbeach with our Guide Jim. I was impressed with his calm yet passionate narrations of the city at large. He booked a fine eating establishment known as Mona Lisa, where we chowed down on family style Italian cuisine.

This is my second time doing SF Urban Adventure- First time was a pub crawl (so much fun- not only did we visit bars, but we got so much quirky info as well) This time I did the Tour of North Beach and it was amazing. I learned so much about the culture and the people in that area. Our... More

Had a half day open from my conference and decided to try the China town tour. It was fantastic! My guide, Suzy, was knowledgable and fun and made the whole experience wonderful. This tour was both fun and interesting and balanced experiences of the widely known tourist stops with the more authentic lesser known stops. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing walking tour led by Suzie. Very informative and diverse. Started at the Golden Gate Bridge, walked along the cliffs, down to the beach, through a superb neighborhood, a great trail through the trees and past the Sutro baths and on to the Cliff House. Would definitely do it again and recommend it to friends.

My cousin & I took the walking tour from Golden Gate Bridge to Sutro Baths via the beach & woods trail. Our guide Claire was fantastic! She was energetic, funny, informative & even provided helpful local tips to experience in San Fran after our walk. We learnt about the engineering feat of the bridge, flora & fauna, beach (inc some... More

I went on an urban adventure with Suzy, she was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about china town and north beach and saw some awesome sights. My favorite part was the tea tasting! If you go to the temple in china town then get your fortune done!

Flavors and Murals of the Mission was my first tour with Urban Adventures. Started in Dynamo Donuts with delicious coffee and great stylish unpretentious atmosphere. Good place for meeting point.:-)) Then came Linda, my guide. Because I was alone that day, who ordered this tour, she was my private guide. I have to appreciate Urban Adventures too much that my... Loved the locations—got a great feel for the San Fransisco area. Went to an excellet teashop with tea-tasting included and a Chinese temple in Chinatown and on to the Barbary Coast. Our guide Mike was very well prepared and knew a lot about the area. Our group was too big to go into the fortune-cookie factory, which was a bummer,... More

I have traveled multiple times with Urban Adventures in various other locations. Urban Adventures has always offered me an excellent experience, San Francisco was no different! I contacted them about a combination of 3 tours in one day and received a quick response from Amanda. She had everything set up and arranged quickly. I did the Flavors and Murals of... More

On our recent trip to San Francisco, my girlfriend and I went on the "Flavors and Murals of the Mission" tour. It was awesome. Our tour guide, Claire, was enthusiastic and knowledgable about the area. She took time to explain all of the beautiful murals and answer any questions we had, whether it was about the tour or just the... More
