Easy to use, very helpful and very cost effective! Great way to see the bridge on very comfy bikes. Location easy to find - bit weird riding bike in actual road before getting to bike path (other side of road and all) but just as easy to push it along footpath until you get to the path.

Comfortable bikes in good shape. They didn't even try to oversell us. They gave us a great map and made sure the bikes were the right height before we left. We ended up biking the Embarcadero and over the bridge the Sausalito. We took the $11 per person ferry back. I highly recommend buying the ferry ticket with the bike... More

This is a long review for a simple bike rental but I am going to blend our bike-ride into it. The rental was uneventful and efficient and the bikes were comfortable for our long ride. We have ridden to Sausalito from this bike rental location before. This time though, we wanted to go all the way to Tiburon. The first... More

My boyfriend and I ventured out on our own with a couple bikes and it was an amazing experience. There are maps on the bikes to help you get around. I used my phone as well to navigate. The bikes were easy to ride even on challenging parts of the trip. We rode across the GGB and ended up in... More

Well, I love Groupon. The Blazing Saddles one was gone so we went for the Bay City Bikes. It was close to the place we were staying and it was easy to check out and check in. The bikes were in good condition and they were easy to ride for our ride to Sausalito over the bridge. We even got... More

Wife and I ARE NOT bicyclists. We rented bikes (via the wonderful SF GO CARD) and rode from Fisherman's Wharf across the Golden Gate Bridge and down to Sausalito. It's 8 miles or so and we did fine. The ride is mostly flat, one hill just past the wharf and one hill to get up to the bridge that we... More

We did the self guided tour to Sausalito and it was definitely one of the highlights of the whole trip! We used Bay City Bikes for their late closing time and selection of bikes. Go for a performance hybrid! It will make all the difference, and I would definitely suggest getting the return ferry home from Sausalito, as you'll be... More

I reserved the 10am Bay City Bikes guided tour across the Gold Gate Bridge with Robert as the guide. Robert has an indepth knowledge of SF area, he shared great information on each tour stop. I would recommend anyone going on the this tour they should have participated in some level of regular exercise, although you can ride at your... More

I had the best time on this tour, I hadn't been on a bike in probably a decade but the ride was easy and enjoyable with a friendly tour guide. We made stops along the way to take photos and the guide made sure everyone was keeping up. Lunch in Sausalito was really nice, too. I was by myself so... More
