The bridge looked lovely with the skyline as we sailed in the Bay. Also had fantastic views from the Embarcadero. A stunning piece of architecture. If you're in SF, take the time to cross.

We visited the bridge on our first night in San Francisco. We went into the Waterbar to enjoy a drink and the fantastic view of the Bay Bridge. This bridge lights up and is worth going to at night. There is also another restaurant right next to it that would be a good place to stop.

Just a big bridge. Nothing compared to Golden Gate bridge, not a tourist attraction. Still quite cool though.

Obviously it's not as good, but it's still a pretty awesome bridge. Did a bridge 2 bridge cruise and was a really cool way to see both bridges. You're there anyways, so why not

The bridge is a wonderful sight. In the 70's I worked for a company that made the paint for the bridge. The view of the bridge and city from the other side is fantastic.

Travelled from Australia but we weren't lucky enough too get a great view of the bridge full length due too fog which is normal . But we did see parts of it, which is still wonderful. Drove across it on the open top bus send neatly hit blown off , so windy but worth it. Would have loved too have... More

The Bay Bridge is a gorgeous sight! I visited in May and pier 14 was the perfect vantage point to see the sunrise behind the Bay Bridge! Also the evening LED light show is beautiful from pier 7 to see the entire bridge, or pier 14 for an up close view.

I'd been in San Francisco several times, but never had seen this bridge. I am a fan of beautiful sights; like my eyes have teary eyegasms when I see something that my brain believes to be of exceptionally aesthetic. As we drove across this gorgeous metal beast, I was literally speechless. It just really had me in complete wonder... Then... More

Took my out of town Friends one evening to see the lights on the Bay Bridge. Artist, Leo Villareal, designed this display (believe he also did a light display with the Eiffel Tower). The Bay Bridge celebrated their 75th year in 2013, and this 25,000 LED art display was built. It will be here until March 2015. It is beautiful.... More

I live in SF and the Bay Bridge is near and dear to our hearts. The light installation, "Bay Lights", was installed last year creates patterns that mimic clouds or traffic and create a really beautiful effect. My recommendation: check it out after dark from the from Cupid's Span (the HUGE bow and arrow sculpture on Embarcadero) before taking the... More
