Until March 2015, the bridge is all lit up at night with an artist show. an artist designed the light show and it is wonderful!

The new cable stay span is striking in its design. It will look all the better once the old span is demolished. Toll only going westbound (into San Francisco).

What a great experience walking across the bridge. When we walked half of the bridge was under Fog and the other half was bright. Make sure you dress up in layers and have a light jacket and a sweater to feel comfortable. next time I will use earphones and music as i walk as the traffic noise is very very... More

This appealed to me as we do not have double decker bridges in this country. Could not resist a drive across. We were lucky enough to also see the demolition of the old one. Nice to view from the pier too. A bit of a walk from Pier 33 but totally manageable.

This is a desirable visit, if you are in SFO. This is an historical civil engineering masterpiece. You may get very beautiful view of SFO from this place. You may need help of any local guide to know details of this bridge.

The bridge looked lovely with the skyline as we sailed in the Bay. Also had fantastic views from the Embarcadero. A stunning piece of architecture. If you're in SF, take the time to cross.

We visited the bridge on our first night in San Francisco. We went into the Waterbar to enjoy a drink and the fantastic view of the Bay Bridge. This bridge lights up and is worth going to at night. There is also another restaurant right next to it that would be a good place to stop.

Just a big bridge. Nothing compared to Golden Gate bridge, not a tourist attraction. Still quite cool though.

Obviously it's not as good, but it's still a pretty awesome bridge. Did a bridge 2 bridge cruise and was a really cool way to see both bridges. You're there anyways, so why not
