...then stop in a cafe every other block to absorb the diverse street. Great areas for people watching (the wealthier neighborhoods on the northern end up the hill are as interesting to me as the section of Fillmore around Japantown and south across Geary in the old Jazz district around the legendary Fillmore Theatre) - I enjoy seeing the variety... So many interesting stores & cafes to enjoy as we made our way walking Fillmore (up & over & down) thru Union St and along Chestnut. Lots to explore & great sights along the way. More
