My husband and I, along with our three sons (17,14, and 11) were fortunate to spend the day with Jesse on August 5 for his San Francisco full day tour including Muir Woods and Sausalito. It really is true that he is a talking, driving encyclopedia of all things San Francisco. He was a high school history teacher at some... More

We only had a few days in San Francisco & our travel plans changed slightly which Jesse had no trouble altering. We spent a great day with Jesse touring San Francisco including going over the Golden Gate Bridge, spending time walking around Muir Woods, which was great, having lunch in Sausalito which is beautiful and listening to Jesse explain all... Jesse talked non-stop about San Francisco. So knowledgeable about the history of the city and about historic people as well. Great recommendations on eating and drinking establishments. Highly recommended to get a first day run of the city to help determine what other things to see and do.

Jesse was so knowledgeable, had a great personality and really geared our tour to the interests of our family. He really loves his city, San Francisco. We saw a lot of the city in the time we had with him and learned so much about the history of the neighborhoods and city, the architecture, the culture, gardens, etc. We also... More

My family and I came to san francisco over Memorial Day weekend. We only had 3 days to spend seeing the sights of the city. We thought it was best to arrange for a private tour so we could make the most of our time. We found Jesse on trip advisor. I liked Jesse immediately upon speaking to him on... More

I didn't think I could see much of San Francisco in under 4 hours. Boy was I mistaken. Jesse is a talking, driving encyclopedia of everything San Francisco. His was very interesting to listen to. My other friends and I felt it was the highlight of our week in the Bay area. We were staying in San Ramon and drove... More

Jesse loves SF and it shows. We were blessed with a gorgeous day in March and we had a superb afternoon. We ran into tons of traffic in Sausalito and Jesse was able to take back roads to navigate around it. He gave us another hour no charge due to the traffic and would have gone longer. He's got so... I recently took the Vertigo tour of San Francisco, and Jesse treated me to a private trip into Alfred Hitchcock's great movie, and one of the greatest movies of all time. I have always been fascinated by the San Francisco portrayed in Vertigo, and Jesse made the story of Madeleine and Scotty (or should I say Kim Novak and Jimmy... More

Nothing was too much trouble for Jesse, he was patient and helpful, picking us up from the airport with our confusing flights. Jesse was helpful, cultured and knowledgeable making our SF experience quite memorable. Jesse (clearly a trustworthy person) was very considerate of our odd requests (like walking the Golden Gate bridge and was reassuringly waiting with all our bags... More

My wife and I took a wine country tour with Jesse - it was superb! Jesse is extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture and geography of San Francisco and the surrounding areas. Unlike other guides we've used (in other places), he is willing to share his knowledge without prompting. He also listens and tailors his tours to the intertests of... More
