We were so surprised when we heard that this museum was in Presidio, not close to get to without a car, but we wanted to see go to this museum that we booked a HOHO bus and figured a way to get there. From the outside you would think that the museum was small and with just the basics of... More

This is an excellent museum and should not be missed. Very nicely done and information thorough. Cafe was also very good and we enjoyed lunch on the porch

You could do it in two hours but you really need the whole day since the exhibits are a lot larger than you first expect and could get caught watching disney's TV programs for hours. Good information taken from intervews with his family and many exhibits hold the voice of the mouse creator himself. The area where it is situated... More

This museum is very much about the man. They have many personnel items on display here and memories from the Disney family. It takes you through his life and shows you his hardships and his successes. If you are a fan of Walt Disney this is a must see!!!!

This little gem of a museum is will worth the visit. Seems odd that it's in SF, but it is still is a great place to learn in depth about the Disney legacy.

It was like walking through a scrapbook of Walt's life. Every important event was there, good, bad, or otherwise; personal and business. Loved the audio of Walt himself telling the stories. Each room, with it's poignant mementos and souvenirs, feels very personal. Parking was free and easy, even with a huge community "Grill Out" being held on the adjacent lawn.... More

This attraction is for the Disney buffs who cannot get enough about the early days of Disney. Comprehensive exhibits. Lots of educational information. Plan on spending at least two hours here.

I would have voted Good but the entry price for this was overpriced for my book BUT once you have committed to the ticket, its very interesting. Mr Disney was a visionary and we reap the rewards from that.

The think I liked about this museum was that the story of Walt Disney's life was told using his own words and those of his brother, daughter, colleagues and people that knew him. This added a real personal touch to the interpretation of the museum that worked so well. We certainly learnt more about Walt Dismey and there were some... More
