We purchased 2-day tickets and enjoyed the 3 loop tours. All are great at giving an overview of the beautiful city with a live narration all the way. You can easily hop off and then catch a bus later from the same stop. Our tour guides were very entertaining, would highly reccomend to cover a lot of ground quickly!

I've never been on a Tour bus before and its never appealed to be honest, but we got this as part of our Alcatraz visit for our honeymoon so took full advantage. And we were both so glad we did. There are 3 main tours and are all worth it. It does all the usual Tourist spots, but you can... More

We looked forward to covering a lot of ground in a couple days' visit to San Francisco. We did do that, but the first hour of our trip was on foot up and down and across a hill from Union Square down to Fisherman's Wharf. Why? Because our printed voucher did not say there was a ticket booth for City... More

This tour started on a very positive note and ended in one of our worst experiences of an organised tour. We opted for the 48 hour freestyle with choice of 3 attractions and were upgraded to 3 days and an additional attraction on checking in for the tour. The downtown and parks and beaches tours on day 1 ran to... More

Fun city.lots to do. Ton of history didn't even know about. Easy to get around. Expensive!!! Food and lodging is expensive, but worth the trip.

We went on a one-day hop-on hop-off bus tour with City Sightseeing. This type of tour is a good way to cover a lot of ground in a day; however, we could have covered more ground if the buses ran more frequently. The main problem was that when we got off at a stop, we were told that it would... More

Having arrived in San Fransisco at about 11.30pm as a stop off on our way back from Hawaii we were aware that we would only have one full day to see as much of San Fran as we could. We were stood on the street looking at a map and a gentleman approached us and asked if we fancied doing... More

I did the Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods Combo a few days ago. I opted for this option as it seemed to be the easiest way to get from SFO city out to Muir Woods to see the redwoods without having to rent a car, and I figured - hey, perhaps I'll find the commentary interesting (I'm not really... An action packed long weekend(Friday, 15th-Monday, 18th)was not enough time to truly enjoy the many sights, sounds and places, to appreciate this remarkable city. Of course there is the world famous Golden Gates Bridge, to be appreciated and also "The Rock" Alcatraz, nestled in the bay. This weekend had a lot of events spotted around the bay area. There is also... More

I love traveling to San Francisco. Every time I'm there I always visit different sites. Making every trip amazing. Being that it is such a populated city parking is expensive or scares. Finding a hotel with parking or public transportation is best to get around. I have teenage boys who love hiking at site seeing, walking to sites were not... More
