Roues give a good perspective of the city. Shuttle and pickup point at Union Square very convenient. Guides ok but would be better without some of the humor. Muir Woods tour with drive over the Golden Gate was outstanding, The problem. If you hop off anywhere but the starting points difficult to hop on. We got off in Golden Gate... More

Similar colour and name of the company in the area is very confusing, they seems to have less frequent schedule than others, guide is mixed, one like to shout at us :), a sign on the bus window to says red or green line will make it easier for tourist.

Go early morning as it gives you time to decide which places you want to return to later. Bit pricey but worth it. Enjoyed the tour guides stories but sit near the front as we couldn't hear him at the back. The bus needs a better speaker system.

My experience with City Sightseeing was mixed. My boyfriend and I purchased the 2 day pass in San Fran. Our first day, we had a great tour guide from Boston. He was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable. However, the second tour we took, we had a guide from Germany. He was very harsh and brash, especially his driving. I was... More

As a former NYC, It was nice to see a tour with no headphones. The tour Guides are real with there own spiel on SF. They pointed out alot of key information and also were friendly with the staff. Just becareful as the bus is high you will hit some branches when you are sitting in the back

Similar to Peter G's review below, we waited around 90 minutes at the Golden Gate Bridge after being told twice that our bus was "20 minutes away". Consequently, we wasted 90 minutes of perhaps the only day of our lives where we find ourselves in the beautiful city of San Francisco. What saves this company from getting an even lower... More

We researched all the bus tours in SF before arriving and this seemed like the best deal, however to get a good deal you have to actually do several trips. HOT TIP: At union square they will say the tickets are $60 each for the full package, this is not true. Online they are $49.99 and you can get that... More

Horrible and poorly managed company. Extremely long wait time for buses. Called to complain that I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a bus at Sausalito. I was ignored at the office and all they said was traffic..(WHAT AN EXCUSE). Waited over an hour at Union Square. Also waited over one and a half hours at Golden Gate Park.... More

Excellent way to see the city. Soda Pop Johns our guide was a blast- he was informative and entertaining for all ages! Suggest doing the whole tour first to determine where you would like to get off the 2nd go around and you get all the information not missing a beat .
