I had a day and a half in San Francisco after a business trip, and decided the best way to get around to the most places was to sign up to an open bus tour company (as the weather forecasts were good) After looking around, I decide on this company (City Sightseeing Ltd), not to be confused with many similar... We bought the 3 day pass. WHAT A WASTE. We ended up needing cabs and ferries just to get home. If you are only staying in the downtown area then it's great and you only need one day. We got stuck in Saulsalito for HOURS. When the buses come back to get you they are full and no one is... More

Really enjoyed the tours operated by this company. We did the 2 day tour and it was a great way to see and get around the city. The guides were fantastic, very funny and very informative. The most notable were Paul and Luca. Both had us laughing a lot. Would highly recommend.

We bought a 3 day hopper ticket, used it a lot to hear about the history of the city, see areas we would never have found on our own and thoroughly enjoyed all the commentators extra snipets and tips especially little helping hints such as where the lines for the street cars were less busy. Saw some wonderful scenery on... More

I did a couple of tours while I was visiting San Francisco during 04/17/15-04/18/15. I did a night tour as well as the Muir Woods tour. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a lot of interesting facts about the city and different areas we passed by. The open top is great as you are able to... More

if you are lucky you will have Bobby Lee as your city tour guide..amusing yet knows amazing things. Enjoyed a cold and windy trip on top of the bus, but great hour and a half..he also does walking tours in Chinatown evidently. The Sausalito tour was also lovely with a couple of photo stops and great info. We booked 72... More

We took the Golden Gate (Purple Route) Tour. Spencer was the driver/guide who turned out to be a mine of information. Well done Spencer, you made the tour. Plenty of guidance, loads of safety advice before crossing the bridge. If you're going, make sure your equiped for the wind. It'll catch you out. It blows a howler at 45mph on... More
