Description: Enjoy our unique Electric Bike Guided Tour across the Golden Gate to...
Enjoy our unique Electric Bike Guided Tour across the Golden Gate to Sausalito! The tour features the new UltraMotor A2B electric bikes with throttle power-on-demand, allowing riders to choose between pedaling or electric motor power. This tour is great for riders who want direction from our professional guides and are looking for a boost up any hills. The tour begins at the picturesque Aquatic Park of Fisherman's Wharf. The mostly flat National Park Bike Path will take you through Fort Mason, the Marina, Presidio National Park, then use your throttle for an effortless ascent up to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge! Along the way, our local guide will share entertaining and educational information with you, including the history behind the Golden Gate Bridge. You'll pedal across the bridge on the sidewalk with stunning views of the city and bay, and then just a 10 minute downhill ride will take you into the charming bayside town of Sausalito. Once there, most people choose to grab a bite to eat, relax, and enjoy Sausalito's famously wonderful weather before putting their bikes on the ferry and returning to San Francisco. Our electric bikes will make your adventure fun, easy and eco-friendly!

My wife and I were in San Francisco (I took her with me on a business trip) and we noticed in Fishermans wharf signs advertising electric bikes. We aren't totally out of shape but you really have to be on your game to cycle in SF. It was fantastic, on the really steep hills we used the electric and on... More

My wife and I recently visited San Francisco and rented a tandem bike to visit the Marina area, to cross the bridge and visit Sausalito. Even though there are some steep trails it was a great experience. It is the best way to visit the city and stop everywhere you want to take some pictures. The blazing bike shop was... More

My wife, son (aged 22) and I took the tour and it was absolutely fantastic. I'm not the most enthusiastic of bikers and the electric bikes took the strain and I was able to move buttocks as and when required to avoid saddle sores! The view up to, crossing and after the bridge were wonderful and Sausilito was a very... More

Went with my Wife and 2 daughters (aged 16 and 18). Had really great day out. Johannes (think thats spelt right) was great guide who really judged the pace of the tour right as it was very busy sunny Labour Day weekend. I had high hopes for the tour and they were met. We were very pleased to have the... More

We had a great time on this tour! This was the second time we took the tour and the one thing we found out that many of the participants just weren't familiar with biking, the biking rules of the road and panicked while biking in congested conditions of the Golden Gate Bridge or in the center of action on Fisherman's... Electric bikes are the way.to go. Not because my wife and I are fat and lazy but because we wanted to enjoy the experience and not be worn out at the end! This is small business owned and operated by some friends. They really care about your experience. Carlos was a great guide!

Absolutely the best, most fun way to experience the Golden Gate Bridge & Sausalito! On the steep hills, you cruise past those huffing & puffing and will go just about as fast as the "spandex riders" who may call you a "cheater". Never mind them, you will still get a work-out as you pedal along. We did that and had... More

The bike: an electric bike doesn't absolve you of all effort, rather it frees you to pay more attention to your surroundings rather than huffing and puffing up the hills, or concentrating on not falling. It's much heavier than a regular bike, so when you're pedaling you may feel like a wimp. The tradeoff is that you can zoom up... More

After cruising past all the people struggling to peddle up the hills I am so happy we went the electric bike option! I was a little scared as it has been years since I've jumped on a bike (and I'm really not the most coordinated thing on 2 wheels) and the extra weight of the bike makes it a bit... More

Great way to spend the day! Highly recommend! Johannes was an awesome host & tour guide, and kept us moving along. The electric bikes allow you to pedal to your thighs' content, or you can use the power to assist your ascent up the steep hills. Returning the bikes can be a bit hair-raising as the Wharf is crowded, but... More
