I and my wife took this tour on a Sunday afternoon. We love to explore local cuisine and this was a perfect opportunity to do just that. There were places and food we discovered that we wouldn't have on our own. Our guide, Melissa, was very knowledgeable and had planned the tour very well. We learnt the history of the... More

We had a fabulous Sunday afternoon exploring Hayes Valley and sampling so many delicious little delights. The food was fabulous. There was something for everyone, and not only do you get to try at least 7 or 8 different spots, and you also learn about other great options in the neighborhood. We had both vegetarians and those with dairy allergies... More

We went on the Hayes Valley Tour Friday. It was great. Our tour guide was very informative about the area as well as all of the local food places, including ones we didn't stop at. Great little neighborhood with so many small shops and food places. Lots of different types of food. A real treat. Highly recommended!

Just finished our gourmet walk of Hayes Valley today August 1. All three of us loved it. Our guide was wonderful and the food was superb! It is 5:30PM right now and we are more than full. Would highly recommend this walk to any visitor to SF. Very easy walk at a relaxing pace.

My husband and I were stopping through San Francisco and this tour was our one stop in all of San Francisco! It was totally worth it! We did the chocolate tour with Nicole who was amazing- so helpful and knowledgeable. We learned so much and still use our chocolate knowledge a year later. If you appreciate chocolate this tour is... We came away from the Hayes Valley food tour feeling like we should have stayed near there. The food and atmosphere was just fantastic.

My husband and I do not often take organized tours when on vacation, but were lured in by the prospect of taking a tour of chocolate in San Francisco. That was an excellent decision. The tour began with a little bit of information on the history of chocolate, how it is made, and current information on the chocolate industry. It... More

This was a great day tasting chocolate in San Francisco. This tour was worth every penny! Our tour guide.... Nicole..... Is a Chocolate Goddess! She really made the time fun and very interesting with her knowledge of chocolate and San Francisco. Again, this was a great day we will remember for a long time. I will never taste chocolate in... My first ever "Food Walk" - and it will not be my last if they are all like this. I learned more about food from our guide, Shane, in the first 30 minutes than I knew in the past 30 years! Seriously, you think you are a foodie because you go out 3-5 times a week, then along comes a... More

My wife and I had a fantastic time on our chocolate tour. Our tour guide, Nicole, was informative, engaging and entertaining throughout the tour. She provided eye-opening insight into the not-so-savory side of the chocolate industry and broadened our horizons regarding chocolate-making and tasting. Our experience on this tour forever changed the way that we taste and enjoy chocolate, granting... More
