Victorian home beauties!

What a beautiful part of San Francisco as these gorgeous mansions grace the neighborhood. Uniquely adorned they show the richness of the area.

Located at 2356 Pine Street, near Fillmore, a collection of expensive Victorian homes delights visitors. Constructed in the 1890s these survived the 1906 earthquake and subsequent horrific fire. I found that by walking through the side streets many surprising delights. There’s a rather suggestive “Tin Man” at one home. That insightful people chose to restore and preserve these magnificent homes... More

I took the MUNI bus from the Mission District to the Pacific Heights neighbourhood. It was really enjoyable to walk around the neighbourhood and looking at the gorgeous, well-maintained mansions. The view from Broadway and Fillmore is stunning! This is a very hilly neighbourhood and the climbing is steep, but there are incredible views everywhere. The house that was featured... More

The section at the top of the hill at Broadway and Lyons and nearby s magnificent, both in terms of the houses and also the views. Expect a very steep walk, no matter which direction you come from. But worth it.

The structures in this section are quite stunning. Very well maintained buildings give this area a defined looked. One can tell that a lot of money has been spent to maintain these homes. Nice to either walk or drive through and enjoy.

Pacific Heights its located on the hill offering scenic views of San Francisco and it has desirable and expensive real estate. We came here in the HOHO tour and before this Pacific Heights was a notorious film starring Michael Keaton as a tenant from hell so its nice to see this real high end neighborhood.

Once glorious and still glorious thanks to lots of money allocated to maintaining these beautiful expensive homes with great architecture and beautiful details, gorgeous colorful flowers and gardens attached...a must see as part of understanding this city's residential neighborhoods with great views.

Elevated to heights of elegance and grandeur by a highly informative city tour. The story of wealth, courage, Philanthropy and eccentricity told through the architectural story of some wonderful homes and schools. Very enjoyable tour by expert guide. Well worth it.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in San Francisco. It is at the top of one of the hills. Many great homes and nice shops. Do go there.
