Huge. Impressive. Navigable

Attended a CDA meeting in the Moscone West. At the same time, an Intel conference was happening elsewhere. Incredibly large center.

Over for IDF 2015, the Moscone is one of the few places in the U.S. That can hold such a major event. In the past, I have felt that the place was dirty, the food was awful and staff unhelpful. The place looks a lot cleaner, food is totally edible, staff are far friendlier. All told, a pleasant experience (as... More

This venue is easy to find but you need to know what part of the center you need. In our case it was Moscone West. Google Maps and navigation got us right there. The city is very walkable and we had no problem in the venue.

I have attended three shows held at Moscone. The facility is spacious, clean and the staff very nice. I would appreciate more food selections during a multi day show. There are two parking garages very close with reasonable rates for the day.

This convention center is actually in 3 buildings; you must go outside and across the street to get to and from the West building. Staff is responsive to requests for less or more air conditioning..staff is also friendly. Food is not always hot when it needs to be. Many food stands however, which I am unable to comment on.

I attended a 4 day conference here and the Moscone Center was great. It was very easy to navigate and very spacious and clean. It was in walking distance from my hotel and staff was very friendly.

I was very pleased with the conference I attended at the Moscone Center. There are actually adequate food options to juggle 25,000 people. The multiple buildings can get a little confusing but it's otherwise easy to navigate. The only issue is that since its in the heart of the city, if there's any other events going on, getting around can... More

I have been to and exhibited at several conferences at Mosconi Center. Each time I enjoyed my time here both at the facility and in the surrounding community.

The Moscone center is easy to navigate with plenty of local restaurants and attractions for breaks away from the conference.

Moscone center is a huge space that I would like to play soccer in. But for real, there is nothing spectacular about the place and is a rather ugly building in a magnificent city.

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
