My daughter and I were returning from Sausalito on a bike tour. First the organization of the ferry system , was awful. People were lined up all along the outside on standby to get on a boat, and the line never moved. The worst part was how we were treated in the boat. We were being yelled at to drop... More

I purchased the tickets through Groupon and did not have an issue redeeming it. the tour was enjoyable and and took about I hr to complete. We learned some fun facts about the Golden gate bridge, SF bridge, and Alcatraz through a speaker. At time it was hard to hear due to the waves but it was a great experience.

Liked the history included disliked the teens who were not interested and talked and played with their electronics the whole time.

We took the Bay Cruise Adventure because we had already purchased City Pass booklets and figured this would be a novel way to see the city. Like us, most folks wanted to stay outside (it was a sunny day!) and so the decks were very crowded. It was difficult for even our son to get to the railing to look... More

My daughter and I wanted to learn a bit more about the San Francisco Bay and were told this would be a one hour long cruise with narrative about the Bay area. The price was $28 p.p., which I thought was a rip off, but we decided to give it a try. Well, first of all, they were Extremely disorganized... More

We purchased our tickets on Travelzoo for half price. We took our granddaughter who really enjoyed it. We stood most of the time in front of the boat. It was relaxing and worth the money.

Taking a ferry ride from Jack London Square to San Francisco Ferry Building is a great way to spend a day in the City. I took my wife for a lunch trip to Fisherman's Warf on the weekend just for fun. The Bay was flat and the ride across the water on a catamaran ferry was most enjoyable and smooth.... More

We took the ferry to Sausalito to visit Muir Woods. The ferry left on time and was a nice ride over to Sausalito. It was $22 per person, round trip. It's a great way to get over there.

We decided to go on this cruise because we didn't book tickets to Alcatraz in time. My first choice would have been Alcatraz but since we were too late in booking I would say this is an okay alternative. We decided to take the Escape From the Rock cruise for $5 more. I expected to hear more about Alcatraz, but... More

An hour long cruise around the Bay taking in the major sights with running commentary. The ticket was part of the City Pass which made it worth it. Try get the seats on the top deck, aft starboard which will give the best views of the sites!
