Riding the segway was definitely a fun experience, particularly with the odd hills to make SF a bit more of a challenge. We felt our guide really lacked any knowledge though - it was supposed to be a GUIDED TOUR, instead it felt more of a zip around town on a segway. And they are limited to 10mph.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. My wife was very reluctant to try a segway because of her MS. She found the staff very patient and reassuring and our tour guide, Lindley, very helpful and informative. We booked the tour earlier this year and it was great! What a perfect way to see a lot of things in a short time. Booked the private tour for four. The guide was good and had a lot of information to share with us. We will be back!

My husband and I were the only two who signed up for a tour which allowed us a personal tour. We learned about restaurants and sites that we had never been to. It was the highlight of our trip!

Booked the Sunset tour having enjoyed similar experiences in Madrid and Rome. I wasn't disappointed. Despite the very cold wind, Lindlay kept out spirits up throughout and introduced us to parts of this beautiful city that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. A truly wonderful way of seeing a city. Thank you.
