Our family went on our first rock climbing trip and Zack was our guide. He was thorough in his explanations and patient with everyone. He is knowledgeable in his field as well as helpful and very encouraging. We did the half day family trip with 4 climbers with 3 climbs each at Pebble Beach. Beautiful scenery when we were not... It's not many times you find guides who avidly listen and are willing to alter plans especially on the spur of the moment. It was my 10yr old son's first time climbing and my teen's second. Originally we were to climb the Bubble but because my son wanted to see us for encourangement and to give us a better camera... More

We had a great day climbing for our first time ever. Brian was patient, encouraging, careful, professional, and understood I was nervous for us all. He was a fantastic teacher and friendly, too. He made our day one we will always remember. Thanks Brian!

I went with two other family members, all adult women who had never climbed before. We went to Otter Cliff in Acadia National Park and had a great experience with Dick. We learned a lot, pushed ourselves to do something new and challenging, and had a wonderful time along the way. An additional plus was that we found some of... More

Two of our grandchildren, ages 10 and 12, took a half day rock climbing adventure at Otter Cliffs in Acadia National Park. Their guide, Mark, was excellent at teaching them both the basic physical techniques, and giving them the encouragement and confidence to rappel down a sheer 60 foot rock face and then climb back up. Mark and his fellow... More

This was my first personal time rock climbing and I had an amazing time! Our tour was the owner of the company who has 30+ years of experience under his belt and the knowledge that we gained was astonishingly helpful. He knew exactly which course to take us beginners to and it had a beautiful view of the lake below.... More

I went climbing with a friend and mark guided. Had such a great time came back the next day to do it again. He seems very well versed in instruction and I think he would be great with beginners but with me he helped push me to do some advanced routes which I really enjoyed. He has a great sense... More

The guides, Alex and Pat, were phenomenal. They handled the 11 of us (6 kids, 5 adults) wonderfully. We loved the Tyrolean rope bridge crossing and the three different climbing routes. Wonderful to watch the kids climb AND belay. All around a brilliant day.

My wife and I went today. She hasn't climbed anything and I have only been on towers and walls. Mark did an excellent job taking us somewhere to get my wife's confidence and moving us to areas to challenge both of us. I jokingly told the owner that Mark was horrible but in reality he made the trip wonderful. My... More
