We thoroughly enjoyed our guided kayak tour with National Park Sea Kayak Tours. Mark was our guide and he provided great support and information on the areas as we paddled through. There was an abundance of wildlife to see (Porpoises, Seals, Eagle, etc). We took the 2:30 - 6:30 tour but I suspect that any time of day offers something... More

We had a tour group of six adults of various ages and we really enjoyed our 4 hour trip with National Park Sea Kayak. The trip was reasonably priced. We had a very knowledgeable guide, and great equipment. The scenery was beautiful. We saw seals, seabirds, and other wildlife. We also had a chance to swim at our break. We... More

We had a wonderful time on our kayak tour, learned alot about sea life and birds too. Only problem is that we wanted to go a little farther and faster as we are experienced kayakers.

This outfit takes you to the west side of Acadia where there was no other kayak traffic or tour around us. It was beautiful, and our guide, Scott, was great. We had to paddle in to the wind for part of it, so, if that's the way the wind is blowing when you are there, be sure to double up... More

First time visit to Acadia National Park. We've never been sea kayaking before. Decided to try this outfit. The "ecological" focus and "remote west side" mentioned in their brochure appealed to me. Called ahead to book the reservation. Held our spot with a credit card but not billed until the tour completed. The desk guy extremely informative prior to booking.... More

Staff was superb. Spouse had just sprained her ankle and injured her knee the day before, but the staff was most helpful getting her into and out of the Kayak. Fletcher was our guide, did an outstanding job--bald eagles, harbor seals, etc. Approximately 6 1/2 adventure, but they ensured we went with the tide and the wind at our back.... More

What a great way to spend our first full day in Maine! This company is first rate - from the moment I made the reservation weeks before our trip to the final check out, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. I am a bit of a safety nut and was reassured by the steady hand of our guide, Lou.... More

This was the first time in a kayak for one of us and it was great. Before beginning, the group is led through safety and basics and then driven to the West side of the park. Our guide was great and helped the group spot dolphins, jellyfish and harbor seals. The approximately 6 mile paddle took around 3 hours with... More

Took our first kayaking trip the afternoon of July 14th; it was fantastic. Went on the west side of the island which is much less congested and more naturally scenic. Our guide Fletcher was amazing- very knowledgeable. He really appreciates the island and the conservation of its beauty. Our 10 year old son, swapped nature facts with Fletcher throughout the... This outfitter specializes in the less-visited west side of Acadia National Park. They have the capability to shift routes according to the weather and tides, and our guide was spectacularly experienced and knowledgeable. Tip: If it’s hot out, you may have the opportunity to snorkel – even on a half-day tour. Dress accordingly.
