I always eat a sandwich there each time I come. Love the view (water and people), smells, flowers, and people texting instead of talking to one another. Not.

Beautiful Bar Harbor park overlooking the whole harbor. Great place to sit on the grass or on the benches for a little relaxing or picnic.

We loved walking through this park as it is beautifully maintained, has many historical signs with information about the area, and is right on Frenchman's Bay. It's a short walk from all the shops downtown and from here you can access Shore Path which will take you by some beautiful, old summer homes. You'll also see many cairns built out... More

Nice grassy park, decent size, nice bathrooms. Right above the pier and the harbor. Right next to shops and restaurants (across from Galyn's). I stop here mornings on my run and then after dinner (we eat early). Watch the people, the harbor, relax, eat ice cream. Love it. Parking can be a problem in tourist season but we can walk... More

Sat here to watch the boats and a beautiful sunset! Kids were playing Frisbee and everyone enjoyed the views. A nice break situated in the middle of all bar harbor has to offer.

Cute little park overlooking the harbor. Good gardening and is overall pleasant. Very crowded but so is the rest of Bar Harbor in tourist season. If you're willing to sit on the grass, you can get into the shade. Benches in the shade are a prized commodity.

How wonderful to just and sit watching the ocean, the boats, and the people over the Coffee Hounds cup of coffee.

Great scenic view of harbor. Too many buses. Park was upgraded to accommodate cruise ship passengers. However, it still has retained some of it's original charm strictly because of its location.

Lots of benches to perch on to sip your morning coffee and people watch. Keep an eye on the tide and watch the land bridge emerge between bar harbour and bar island at low tide.
