The greater Ellsworth / Bar Harbor area is a tad underserved when it comes to great cinema. Seems the theater on Ellsworth's Miracle Mile always has just "Ice Age 2." Reel Pizza attempts to keep the program varied and interesting; there seems to be the occasional indy film; and the pizza's pretty good. You can drink a beer at your... More

Reel Pizza is one of those rare situations where for a minute you can almost forget the real world and sink into the imagination of the cinema - all while enjoying a sparkling pizza, fresh salad or a draft beer ale. Then when the Intermission arrives, you stretch your legs, feed again, or maybe indulge in whatever meets your fancy,... More

Nice to be able to eat great pizza on a couch while watching a big screen movie! Comfortable seats and not a bad seat in the house. Just like home

After many days of outdoor activities this was a fantastic break from the norm. Reel Pizza offers a fun, relaxing environment with great food at an affordable price. My kids loved sitting on a couch while watching a movie. I loved only paying $6 per ticket and about $20 for a pizza and drinks. Great times.

We have been going here for years and years. Absolutely love the " feel" of the place. The staff is friendly and helpful, the theatre and restrooms are clean and the food is good. One can eat pizza, salads, popcorn and more ( they also serve beer and wine) at a "table" in front of your seat as you watch... More

I have not gone to a movie theatre in over 10 years. I am a type A personality, and just can not tolerate movie theatres. I do not like being surrounded by other people, many of whom are noisy and talk through the movie, and I do not like not being able to pause the movie to go to the... More

Saw CHEF there. The pizza was actually pretty good, and there was even intermission! I can't remember the last time I was at a movie with intermission.

Front 1/2 of theater is coaches. Back 1/2 is seats with counter in front. Think "dine while you watch a movie". The food was okay (a bit over-priced). However, I would have loved to sit on the coaches, but they are too close to the screen. Also, the screen is too hight for the room (by about 15 feet!).

Good movie for a low price and delicious pizza. What a great way to spend the evening after hiking in the park!

Love the theater. It was a great way to spend a rainy evening in Bar Harbor. The counters in front of all the seats were a great way to enjoy your fresh pizza and the comfy couches as the first three rows were so much fun. Be aware that the ticket counter is cash only but the concessions takes credit/debit... More
