The water is not deep enough to snorkel at low tide. It is a great place to wade out onto the reef but make sure that you have some sort of foot protection on as the corral is sharp and WILL cut you.

This is everything that you would expect from a Pacific island paradise… beautiful sand and lots of lush vegetation. The cool breeze and friendly people… This is a perfect place to come to relax and play…

go out to the bay and beach in the morning, it is stunning. Even if you are not staying in a beachfront property, just walk trough the lobby and get out towards their pools onto the beach.

Nice beach, soft powdery sand and water is mostly clean. There is a lot of seaweed so there is some floating. Along the beach there are lots of places to rent the toys-kayaks, stand-up paddle board, and others. This is a great beach to take a long walk or watch the sunset. The water is shallow for a long way... More

This is a beautiful beach that wasn't over crowded at all. The amount of shallow water is great for kids and water sports. The only drawback is the lack of marine life in the bay. It would be an ideal place for snorkeling but there isn't much to see.

The beach is awesome with it's palm trees, the sand great! Enjoy the turquoise water, great for snorkeling, be aware of some fish which seem to attack you! :-) Shades are limited though, renting sun chairs with umbrellas is very expensive (35$ a day). Nevertheless, a perfect place for relaxation!

What a fun time at the beach today! I walked down from the Hilton (about 25 min walk) and enjoyed the paddling competition event at the beach. Family friendly event.

Guam is surrounded by coral so swimming is a pain. Embrace it and bring scuba boots or take advantage of all the equipment for hire. Outside the westin the reef is firther back and there is a bit more sand for you to enjoy. The beach bar scene is low and the main places to eat or drink are expensive... More

Beauty beyond belief. A lot of Japanese tourists. Take a stroll after 8pm to have a bit of alone time with your honey.
