Bathrooms in the food mall are routinely filthy, despite the schedule affixed to the door. Bathrooms on shopping level contain only two stalls for men.

Enjoyed shopping in GPO. The store selection was amazing and the prices were rock-bottom! We were lucky to be there during clearance sale of most outlets and I ended up buying more clothes than I intended to. Definitely, a good place to shop.

There are many shops here but only the two shops above mentioned offer really good discounts. The prices of watches and sunglasses shop are not at the lowest. You can get the same model cheaper at the DFS Galleria. And for the CinnamonBon lovers, there's a outlet here too!

Great place to buy clothing. Mostly American brands. Shops were large enough for various range, but I wish they could have some premium brands as well such as DKNY

Lots of decent stores selling all kinds of stuffs. One good thing is you don't need to pay sales tax on any purchases! The food was so so.

we came here almost everyday of our Guam vacation lots of shops to spend. Ross, Naturalizer and Forever 21 were my favorites. aside from shopping this is a good location to catch the trolley and shuttles to take you to tourists attractions. You can buy the day passes of the shuttles here as well.

Easily accessible by the trolley or bus, a good place for shopping, and there's no sales tax in Guam! And there's FREE limousine service between the Guam Premier Outlets & The Plaza Shopping Center (for brand name shops)!

After maneuvering through "Labor Day" traffic on Guam's Chalan San Antonio (Rt. 11); it almost seems like good therapy to shop for basics which I found at three shops located in air-conditioned comfort at the Guam Premier Outlets. From vitamins, jeans, and cologne for men, you'll find them within a few feet of each other at GPO. One thing I... More

This place seems like the go to place in Guam. They have all the basic needs, food court and a decent selection of good name brands. I usually dont shop at Ross back in the States, but it seemed more like a Nordstrom Rack which was awesome! Ross closes at 1am and the whole mall closes at 9:30. Take advantage... More
