On Wednesday night's you have to make your way out to the capital of Hagatna (Agana) to the Chamorro Village! I highly recommed visiting. Wednesday night is the night market. Lots and lots of local vendors hawking their goods and selling their food! You get a flavor of local Chamorro barbeque with the red rice, keleguen, and other ethnic food... more
