We just attended this tonight and had a fantastic time and it was well worth the money! ( not sure what some of these recent reviewers were talking about!) We had the Paradise package which gave us first dibs on the buffet. FOOD WAS AWESOME! The show was amazing, lots of different dances, both male and female. Learned to hulu,... More

If you want to see a luau, participate in the action and have fun - Chief's may be for you. If you are looking for semi-edible food and drinks which are not watered down - avoid this place. Although we had fun we were really disappointed with the food. The food was not good at all and the drinks were... More

I was embarrassed by the commercial mockery this has done to the traditional luau. The food was horrible. The jokes were sexist. I couldnt actually believe this was happening. Reading back on all the bad reviews here were like reliving my experience. The Americans in the audience loved it but myself as a seasoned traveller did not. I couldn't wait... More

This was so cheap and so poorly done. The waitstaff was rude and behaved as if they didnt want to do their job. The food was atrocious! Seriously I wouldnt give it to a dog. We paid $290 dollars for two people for VIP. we spent the first half hour securing our chairs in fear someone was going to bump... More

FUN, HILARIOUS, ENTERTAINING, BRILLIANT. Wow, wow, wow, Yes that all sounds a little over the top, but that's exactly how our night could be summed up. This would have to be the best luau experience on Oahu. On arrival we were shown how to make a palm leaf headband, attempted to make fire with a log and a stick, spear... More

This is our third Luau in Hawaii and by far our favorite. The setting is beautiful, and the performances by the chief and his ohana were absolutely moving. I did wish the tables were set up like Feast at Lele (Maui luau) where each group gets their own table instead of sharing with strangers. Like all other luaus, the food... More

Was in Oahu in August 2014 and a luau was on the bucket list. After debating over which one to go to we chose Chief's luau. We could not have made a better choice. My wife and I and the other 5 couples we went to Hawaii with met in front of Ross Dress for Less for the pickup. The... More

My parents, husband and I were all there for our 50th and 25th anniversary's respectfully. We too were picked up at the Marriott hotel and taken to the Sea Life Park for the luau. When you first get into the park, you get tickets for two free mai tai drinks. After those are used, you have to pay for your... More

This was my family's first time in Hawaii and the first luau we attended. The food was excellent and the performances were amazing. Unforgettable experience. "Mahalo" to Chief Sielu and his tribe! Marin
