My husband, daughter and I LOVED Chief's Luau. The location is FABULOUS! It was very fun and entertaining. I have been to another luau on Oahu and there is no comparison. The fire show is MAGNIFICENT! I especially enjoyed hire they shared info about many of the Polynesian Islands. Chief is VERY Funny! Arrive at 4:30 to be able to... More

Food was wonderful. Lots to eat. Drinks were good also. Loved the stuff before the show- hula lessons, fire making, weaving, etc. Show was interactive which was fun. You don't just sit there. Recommended

Excellent show, terrible food. Ended up ruining my last two days on Hawaii with food poisoning thanks to the undercooked (bloody) chicken.

This was our first Luau and we weren't sure what to expect. I will recommend to pay for the royal package you will get a better view plus the cater the food to your table, as suppose to having to stand in line to get your food. Food overall was ok and the performance of the show was excellent.

If Chief's is the "Best Luau" on Oahu, then the luau industry is in bad shape. Our very first impression was our hostess. When we walked to our hotel pick up site there were two busses. We asked which bus was for Chief's and were directed to a woman standing down the street at the rear of the bus, smoking... More

I was visiting a friend that lives in the area and she wanted to make sure I got a combo of both the tourist and local experience of Oahu. The Chief's Luau was on our tourist attraction list. We opted for the Paradise package which was perfect in my opinion. Don't forget to ask for a military or AAA discount!... More

Our driver, cousin Troy with our guide, cousin Heaven (yup, her name) picked us up from our hotel at the Hyatt and the ride to Sea Life was very informative and entertaining. When we got there, we were given our bracelets (we got the mid-tier package) and in we walked to be greeted by tortoises in the pool. Our daughter... More

We visited with 2 children (17 & 11). They loved the show and the experience. Good was plentiful and good (not great). Really enjoyed the show and the Chief was fantastic. 😃😃😃

This luau was excellent! We did it on our last night and it was definitely a great way to end the trip. Non stop jokes and laughter, plenty of audience involvement; a must see for sure! Shout out to Cousin Shaunie and Uncle Bob for making us laugh on the bus ride!

The food at this luau was simply awful. Stunningly awful. The salad greens were wilted and only the tough white parts of the iceberg lettuce were left at the bottom of the bowl. The melon salad was warm and the melons were unripe. The chicken skewers were tough and didn't look thoroughly cooked. Pulled pork was really greasy, tasteless and... More
