This was my first luau and I came with my friends. The overall experience was awesome. The chief was very funny. The highlight was the fire dance at the end. Will definitely recommend this Luau to others. We got the standard package and our seats were better than the paradise.

My wife, grand daughter, and I enjoyed a very nice evening at the Chief's Luau. It was a great mixture of education, authentic Polynesian food, and entertainment. I thought bringing to the stage, the couples who were celebrating honeymoons and anniversaries, was a nice touch. The fire dancing was exceptional. We will visit again..

This Luau is very unique compared to all other luaus on the islands. It gives me a different and clearer outlook on the Polynesian culture. I had the most amazing time laughing in the firelight under the stars.

Great times, great food, spectacular views. We attended the Luau in May, 2015. This was one of many highlites of our vacation. The story telling was great as well as the historical presentation. The Chief was vey entertaining and the show was fantastic. A must see and do when on the islands.

Chief's Luau was a ton of fun! We went the last night of our honeymoon. When we arrived we were greeted with Leis, took a picture with the chief and were escorted to our seats. Our package included 2 drinks and dinner. They had a bunch of activities set up around the luau site as well as arts and crafts... More

This was our very first Luau and it set the bar high. The Chief's a great entertainer with a quick wit and great sense of humor. He kept us laughing through most of the evening. Before the show we got to participate in a number of fun activities from weaving to spear throwing (my personal favorite). The food was very... More

My Wife and I went to the Chief's Luau. I loved the fact that it was a considerably smaller crowd with a more intimate show than other Luau's. The food was also exceptional, the only thing that was not great was the poi, but I don't like poi...so no surprise there! The crowd size meant that all the food was... More

Chief's Luau was closely located to where we were staying and that's why it was chosen. It was a BEAUTIFUL SETTING. The entertainment was good. The food was not. There are 3 types of tickets: Standard, Paradise and Royal. We chose the Paradise package. Due to the way the tables were set up, we could not see the entertainment very... More

The luau grounds are beautiful. The show is wonderful with your typical dancers. The highlight were the fire dancers, these were absolutely wonderful. They had some crafts that were sold around the luau grounds and some activities like hula instructions, weaving, spear throwing etc. The food was quite good including the pork, chicken and cake. Positives: beautiful location, luau was... More
