We arrived by a coach bus which drove us through some beautiful places along the coast. The staff were very interactive with the guests, showing some people how to make reed baskets, learn how to Hula dance and how they make a beautiful feast that all people who attended get to enjoy the local food from the buffet. The dancers... More

We enjoyed the Luau for being our first time. The food was buffet style, nothing extravagant, but good and plenty to choose from. The show was as expected; with dances from different regions which i thought was a nice touch. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

We booked our night with Chiefs luau in the last 3 days of our trip. We had never been to a Luau before and had no idea what it was about, but everyone recommended we attend one. The event starts with a few fun activities for the guests, then dinner, then the show. First, the people running this event are... More

We loved the show, very entertaining. The Dinner was just okay. Not exactly as advertised as some items were missing. Go for the great entertainment, not for the food.

We attended the luau on Wednesday, January 14, in a group of 20. We chose the standard package, and the adults and children, one and all, had a great time. As opposed to another review from the same night, we felt that the pre-dinner activities were fun and entertaining, the staff was friendly and sincere, the grounds were fine, the... More

We attended last week on Wed 1/14/205 and what a disorganized mess. We got the top of the line Royal Package and so-called brief Sea Life tour was just walking from the bus to the Luau. Very, very disorganized when you arrived, did not explain that the tables (which we knew from our package we going to be in the... More

My partner and I visited Hawaii for the first time in January 2015 and weren't sure which luau to attend. We decided to try Chief's Luau and had the best evening of entertainment. The show had very talented performances from dancers, including exceptional fire dancers and the Chief was very funny, especially when he was interacting with the audience. The... More

This luau was recommended by my son. It was one of the best things we did on our first trip to Hawaii. Very well planned out with good food and a great show.

It was one of our favorite highlights of our two week trip! We saw two Luau's and the Chiefs was by far the best!! We had a great time and had many laughs while learning their culture.

very talented dancers and lots of fun and entertainment. Chief could do stand up comedy. Food is ok as far as pork and poi goes.
