I had a really hard time deciding which Luau to take my family to. PCC? Paradise Cove? Germaine's? Ultimately, I went with Chief's because I felt it had the best reviews and I like comedy. I have absolutely no regrets. The Chief is a hoot. I found him quite funny and the show was spectacular with the dances, audience participation,... More

We took the bus from Honolulu out to the luau, a lovely ride along the shore, pick-up point was a little strange--flagpoles were the marker, but it came off without a hitch. Ride out was gorgeous, we had not driven in that direction yet. The luau/show itself was great fun, but I cannot testify to its historical accuracy. We took... More

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! What a night full of fun and entertainment. This was our first luau and it was full of Polynesian culture, very informative about the different Polynesian culture. Chief Sielu was very humorous and witty with his guests at the luau. Cool interactive activities from the spear throwing, Hula dancing, and palm frond waving. This would be great... More

The show was by far the most entertaining I have been attended. We laughed so hard we were crying! The food was average but the pre-luau games and activities made up for it. I would highly recommend. We spent the day at the park and I would recommend doing both!

Good food, good show, bad service. We had the highest prices option (royal package) and we were delivered by our chief luau staff member literally 10 minutes before dinner was served (bus number 4 on may 27). We missed out on all the possibly fun activities before dinner. The staff had little concern for our late delivery (delivery by an... More

Picked up from our hotel and driven to Sea Life Park for Chiefs Luau. When we first arrived, we had the opportunity to see Green Turtles on our walk through to the Luau. We were greeted by the Chief and had our photos taken with him, we were given drink vouchers to obtain Mai Tai's and then the chance to... More

My girlfriend and I were in Hawaii for a week. Our first time there. I had read good reviews about the Chiefs luau and knew that's where we would go. The chief did not disappoint. From the moment we got on to the bus cousin Z made us feel like family. I can't imagine an evening being more entertaining. The... More

The drive to the luau is about 45 min The cost is $100-$200 depending on where u want to sit. The food is blahhhhh. Eat before you go. The alcoholic beverages are watered down- zero stars for beverages. The sea life park is dirty and the sea life (sharks/ turtles/ penguins) are neglected.

We agonised over the vast array of luau's to choose from and were delighted with our choice. The evening was well organised, the broad range of pre dinner activities set the scene. The performances were fantastic. The information offered during the show was meaningful and delivered in an humourous manner. The involvement with the audience was heartfelt. I would highly... More

Chief's Luau was so much fun. A bus picked us up from the Ilikai Hotel and the entertainment started as soon as the bus began it's journey. The host's were very entertaining and had everyone on the bus laughing and joining in. On arriving at the luau we were given wristbands with our table number on them. We were in... More
