This was fun and the shops there were interesting. We loved it. Not for everyone but it's worth the look.

This was at least the fifth time I've been to the Soap Factory. I have puchased products for myself and as gifts for friends and family. The prices are reasonable and the soaps and other products are of very good quality. I brought my sister, who was here on vacation. We had a good time smelling all the different scents... More

Amber told us a little bit about the history of the old sugar mill operation. Very sweet soul. And we sniffed our way thru the gift shop . Love all the soaps and oils . I could spend a fortune here, but alas, as a Canadian tourist, it already hurts enough !

Found this Gem, two years ago! Great way to support the local economy. Quality made soaps that are made on location. Many local scents to choose from as well as candles and lotions. Fun for everyone, you can also stamp your own soap, which kids will enjoy doing as well.

We loved the soap factory. You can stamp your soap and they have wonderful scents. Very cool setting, in an old sugar mill.

I don't get the big draw to this one. It really is more of a tiny soap store than a factory. I didn't get a tour and didn't see anyone else either. I did enjoy smelling the many soap scents and stamping my brand new coffee scented soap which I am hoping will give me some extra am pep. I... More

Aloha Yogirunner, Mahalo for taking the time to review the North Shore Soap Factory. I hope you're enjoying your coffee soap! Which stamp did you use? I am sorry you didn't get a tour...perhaps on your next visit you can book one ahead of time. It's fun and informative, about 30-45 mins depending on how many questions you have :D... More

We have visited the soap factory twice. The staff are very friendly, and the items in the store are very nicely laid out. Good variety of products. Lovely scents, especially the coconut and hand, made bars of soap. We will definitely visit the soap factory again on our next trip!

Good place to stop along the way. Staff understands the product and is quite helpful. Soaps sold are a little pricey, but not so much so that you feel ripped off. Several other local stores in the same parking area.

This place is great. They have a lot of history you can look through before or after shopping. We bought one of everything I think. I love the kukui nut oil. I use it on my hands and today put it on my sunburned face. Not really a fan of the lip balm. We bought a few gift packs of... More
