The Dole Plantation was very disappointing to the two of us. We first spent 2 hours walking around the huge maze, which was fun. Then came the trip into the building. Everything was so expensive. I thought being that that pineapples were grown right there, that the price for one would be good. They had several crates stacked up in... More

We went for dole whip & to use our bogo coupons for the maze. First, wear tennis shoes if you go. Second, the maze is super boring, not well taken care of at all, and generally lacked all sense of fun. I'd rather spend my day walking around Waikiki or diamond head then through the overgrown bushes they call a... More

Like the free pineapple slices which were sweet, and I also learn how cut up a pineapple . Great experience .

We went there in March 2010. The place is very big and there ia a big maze to play and one train to take us around the plantation. We also tried their pineapple ice cream, super yummy. If bring kids there will be more fun for them. At that time our daughter is still not born yet.

Good tour and history of pineapple planting in Honolulu. The pineapples were delicious. The huge variety of pineapples was surprising.

Dole must be laughing all the way to the bank. This is the WORSE attraction on the island. The gift shop is nothing but cheap stuff from China, can get the same things in stores for cheaper. The worse part was the expensive train ride narrator by a CD which included some singing. Your picture was taken as you entered... More

My wife and I travelled across the island from Honolulu to the north shore and areas thereabouts twice, and the Dole Plantation was a great mid-trip stop. It has a fun atmosphere, and about every pineapple product, picture, and paraphernalia you could possible want! The cafe are was efficient and quick, the food was standard "attraction food court food" and... More

As one would expect, awesome pineapple themed food selections. We had the float- which we always get when we go to Disneyland. They are so good. As for the plantation itself, we decided on the train tour. It involves about a 20 minute train ride through a 2 mile roundtrip portion of the plantation. The train has a recorded narration,... More

It was a fairly quiet day (Monday) parking is free which is always nice. We only did the maze as we didnt want to spend most of the day there. It isn't a find you way out kind of maze (as most in my experience are) it was a treasure hunt kind of maze. You have to find 8 stencil... More
