It seems at first that you are going to a strange location, but once you arrive it's a gorgeous spot by the beach. Besides the fantastic show, you can take pictures of the sunset. The staff are all really friendly and do a great job portraying various cultures. The food is authentic Hawaiian - it's not quite as fresh or... More

Germaines Luau is great--good food, beautiful location, very friendly--Ohana (family) orientated--feels more authentic-We were picked up by bus, only problem was it was a long wide due to traffic congestion. Our tour guide on the bus made it much more enjoyable with stories and song!!!!!!! Third visit to Germaines

Very nice show integrating Hawaiian culture. A few chances for audience participation if you want. Very spectacular setting on the beach which provides for great photo opportunities. Food was good. Not sure the drinks were totally local, but three were included for each adult. It's a fairly long night, so dig in and get a nice seat if you can.... More

Our first trip to Hawaii...arrived via Princess Cruises. After spending a fantastic morning at Pearl Harbor, we returned to the Cruise Port where we boarded a bus taking us to the Luau location. We arrived with plenty of time to find a good seat and explore the adjacent beach....and of course the gift shop. Two bars available, one for alcohol... More

After reading some of the reviews written here about this Luau I was a bit hesitant to go, but I'm glad I used my own intuition and went for it! amazing food, especially the poi (pig roast) it was so juicy and succulent I went for 3rds! Awesome entertainment and the best part of the tour was our escort, Georgie.... More

I first came to Germaines 24 years ago. Although the show and atmosphere is still how I remember it the food was a bit of a let down and the place is looking a little tired. $312 for a family of four is a bit expensive, it was worth maybe $240 at the most. In saying that we still had... More

The food is awful...try another Luau. Especially for a vegetarian (that fish! OMG!) The show was pretty good.

The luau was wonderful. I went with a couple of girlfriends, and we had a lot of fun. The food was ok, nothing great, but not bad. I highly recommend taking the bus - you get an escort who's highly entertaining and who makes the drive fly by. My driver was Reno, and he was the best! The performers was... More

We were disappointed with the food variety and quality and were so hungry. The dancers I feel are the same at most luaus and they are very good but we really wanted a good dinner to go with it. It was in my opinion home-cooked but not in a good way, the kind that makes you want to leave the... More
