The best part about the spa experience isn't the treatments - it is enjoying the outdoor water garden with multiple soaking tubs, showers and lounge beds. You have time in the garden in advance of a treatment and afterwards but there are not any in/out privileges at the spa so make sure you allow plenty of time before and after... More

The spa was beautiful. Indoor and outdoor space. They have a water garden. We had a couples massage. Don't miss this.

The Ihilani Hotel is now closed for renovation. We live in Ko Olina, and we hear that the transformation from JW Marriot Ihilani to Four Seasons will take a year or more.

Really enjoyed my massage. The spa was open for access the day of the massage and I was able to enjoy the cold and hot water dips, which allowed me to relax before my massage appointment.

Just called to book a room for my birthday. The Spa at this hotel is great...but it is closed! I Love the hotel too but I heard the hotel has sold to four seasons and hotel will close in March for renovation. I heard this from someone who works there! ( I live locally) Ratz they were the best.

My husband and I booked a couples massage. I got the aroma therapy and he got a deep tissue massage ( they called it something different though) Once you booked a massage you have access to the spa the entire day, you can even leave and come back if you want. We got there when they opened at 8:00 a.m.,... More

Having visited the wonderful old Ihilani Resort several times before Marriott took over, I was really ready to love this spa. I was greeted warmly by the valet who pointed out the spa's location just across from the hotel's porte cochere. The greeting at the spa's front desk was equally warm. I had only booked the Cool Ti Leaf Wrap... More

I was shocked today when I attended my spa treatment and was paraded through an open corridor to the parking lot to enter the treatment room. It was very uncomfortable standing in my robe (only) as I was escorted to a public elevator. As we waited for the elevator some people passed by with luggage going to their cars, some... More

Absolutely LOVE visiting the Spa at Ihilani!!!! The amenities are luxurious and definitely allow me to just RELAX! I had a great 1 hour therapeutic deep tissue massage with Sharon. She really focused on what I needed rather than follow the "relaxation massage formula". All of the staff and lounge attendants are so pleasant and kind. I think I ended... More

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago when we first moved to Oahu and loved it, however I never took advantage of the spa until today. My husband purchased a 50 minute therapeutic massage for me for Valentine's Day - which I decided to finally use today. I actually had to call twice in order to make the massage... More
