Just called to book a room for my birthday. The Spa at this hotel is great...but it is closed! I Love the hotel too but I heard the hotel has sold to four seasons and hotel will close in March for renovation. I heard this from someone who works there! ( I live locally) Ratz they were the best.

My husband and I booked a couples massage. I got the aroma therapy and he got a deep tissue massage ( they called it something different though) Once you booked a massage you have access to the spa the entire day, you can even leave and come back if you want. We got there when they opened at 8:00 a.m.,... More

Having visited the wonderful old Ihilani Resort several times before Marriott took over, I was really ready to love this spa. I was greeted warmly by the valet who pointed out the spa's location just across from the hotel's porte cochere. The greeting at the spa's front desk was equally warm. I had only booked the Cool Ti Leaf Wrap... More

I was shocked today when I attended my spa treatment and was paraded through an open corridor to the parking lot to enter the treatment room. It was very uncomfortable standing in my robe (only) as I was escorted to a public elevator. As we waited for the elevator some people passed by with luggage going to their cars, some... More

Absolutely LOVE visiting the Spa at Ihilani!!!! The amenities are luxurious and definitely allow me to just RELAX! I had a great 1 hour therapeutic deep tissue massage with Sharon. She really focused on what I needed rather than follow the "relaxation massage formula". All of the staff and lounge attendants are so pleasant and kind. I think I ended... More

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago when we first moved to Oahu and loved it, however I never took advantage of the spa until today. My husband purchased a 50 minute therapeutic massage for me for Valentine's Day - which I decided to finally use today. I actually had to call twice in order to make the massage... More

I go to spa's pretty often. This spa was FABULOUS! I had a facial, massage, and a body scrub! All my services were great! Best massage I have ever had! (Had the Hawaiian one). Staff was all very nice! They have their own pool which was very nice because it was quiet!

I had the best massage of my life here. The facilities are nice, as expected at a top-notch spa, but the best part of the spa is the wonderful therapists who work magic with their hands. Many spa guests are not staying at the hotel, so don't hesitate to visit if you are staying at another hotel or live on... More

So after my disappointing experience last year (when spa was closed for renovations without any communication re. that beforehand, despite my inquiries), I was quite excited to return to KoOlina this spring and visit the "renovated" spa....hmmmm.....on a "tipsy" lark, my husband and I endured a timeshare spiel on the 2nd day of our vacation, where I was rewarded with... I treated my mom, sisters and adult daughter to a spa day at Ihilani. We are Hawaii residents and wanted to experience their spa because we had heard good things from friends. We were not disappointed! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and it was all uphill from there. Each of us had treatments (which were all... More
