We had a really good time with Twogoodkayaks: guides are awesome, as well as adventure itself! I really don't understand people complaining here to kayaks loading. Guides would do it themselves of course - if they could!!! Why not complain that you pay - and still have to paddle with your own hands? I would reccomend the 5-hours tour to... More

They are based further from the beach, but that just means they're cheaper. Never having kayaked before I was anxious. I rented a tandem kayak, they talk you through where to go and where not to go. Then they showed me how to put it on my car (they have the foam racks to use) and it was a short... More

This is an awesome way to spend the day. A guided tour to the Mokulua Islands on a kayak through beautiful blue waters. The island you land on is a nature preserve with nesting sea birds, which are really interesting in that they burrow their nests into the ground and you can see them resting on their eggs. The guide... More

Absolutely horrible! We booked the Turtle Safari as I read reviews below and they were all great and a decent price compared to others. First time in Hawaii and I really wanted to see a sea turtle. Website and reviews said turtles were guarenteed to see. I was soo excited. We didnt have a rental car so the shuttle picked... More

We planned badly and didn't leave enough time to get to Kailua, rent kayaks, and set out for the Mokuluas. Bob at Twogood Kayaks totally hooked us up, and even stayed open a bit later so we could make the trip. Aside from renting us the gear, he gave us great directions, and safety tips which ended up being very... More

This was something on my bucket list, to kayak out to the Mokulua Islands and what an experience it was. I did not realize how far it was going to be and that they should tell you but then again maybe not it might deter a lot of people from doing it or 2d guessing themselves if they are physically... What you need to bring: sunscreen, watershoes, swimsuit, and water! Overall, i would highly recommend this kayaking trip. The van picked us up at our hotel at about 745am and its off to Kailua. Once there, a quick orientation and paddling instruction are done. there is a shop there where you can buy a swimsuit, snorkeling gear, water shoes, etc.... More

We had a perfect day! Beautiful weather, incredible scenery, great guide, and all around fun trip. Given the high waves and strong currents, I'm very glad we went with a guide instead of going on our own. But most importantly, our guide Andy taught us so much about coral, the volcanic geo-history, and safety on the island. If you like... More

As most people stated we were responsible for loading/unloading kayaks without previous notification. They do pick you up at your hotel in Waikiki, however it's a broken down van with dents & lack luster air conditioning. I don't believe it was worth the price we paid of $135/person, it would of been more cost effective to rent kayaks only and... More
