Don't let the short distance of this trail fool you into thinking it's an easy hike. However, regardless of the difficulty, this is an incredibly beautiful hike with a wonderful waterfall at the end. We hiked this trail in April of 2015. Fortunately the path was relatively dry. Had there been a lot of rain the night before this would... More

Wish we would have hiked this one during the week because it was a busier trail on a Saturday. Very muddy, but the end destination was beautiful...medium high waterfall with fairly large swimming area and a cliff to jump from for the more daring.

Great hike thru a lush forest along a rolling stream. Beautiful growth, green and quiet. Nice waterfall for your efforts.

This was a great hike. I'm not an experienced hiker, so I did find it a little tough. There was A LOT of mud, so be prepared! You also had to go through the creek a couple times, but it was worth it to get to the waterfall. So amazing, and worth the jump!

Nice little falls, but crowded when we were there on a Monday. The walk is a great sort of jungle tromp over roots and crossing the stream a few times. Got my shoes wet from slipping on a crossing. Could be a little dangerous after a rain if the stream rises much. Really felt like I was in a jungle...with... More

Read about this hike in Oahu Revealed and decided to go today. We had had some rain earlier in the day and the trail was extremely muddy and somewhat dangerous in sections. There were also lots of mosquitoes so if you do go, make sure you bring bug spray. You will also very likely get wet as it is very... More

I did this hike 10 years ago and loved it was a total fan of it and it was in my dreams for years. I came back and did it again with a friend and we felt like little ants going up and down with so many people using the trail and miss using the trail. It was frustrating and... More

This one is muddy, muddy, muddy, but I like it. On a muddy day, it takes about 45 minutes to walk from the trailhead to the waterfall (maybe 25-30 on a dry day). Don't come here unless it is ok to get your shoes a little dirty. I have encountered a number of people on the trail who don't know... More

Went with a group of feiends- one was a local so directions were not an issue. It had been raining a lot and so it was so muddy and slippery! That being said....A lot of mosquitoes were out! The waterfall was beautiful and was a refreshing swim after the hike!
