Reece and his crew took great care of us. We went out about 3 miles and got in the cage and WOW! About a dozen Galapagos sharks, a barracuda and several other marine fish swimming around us in the cage about 4 feet from us! They don't feed or otherwise lure the sharks in they really do come in to... More

Friendly and Experienced staff. Enjoyed seeing whales on the way out to the cage. Overall Loved the experience of no chumming shark diving. I highly recommend this to everyone.

We booked the 7am outing and drove from Waikiki ourselves so we left at 4:45am to make sure we got there by the 6:30am check in time. They sent us a text with directions the day before which got us right to their dock. There are no bathrooms on board but their are facilities near the dock to use before... More

I had booked this adventure for myself and my 3 adult children. Although none of us are usually affected by motion sickness, we all took non drowsy gravol before getting on board. The weather was really good that day, not too wavy but two people got sick. The boat can take up to 21 people so you can expect it... More

I first did this back in 2011 by myself and was so amazed that I had to have my wife experience it as well. We had booked for the Friday but it was cancelled due to conditions, so they rebooked us for Sat. It was still very choppy but we went anyways, knowing conditions can change day to day. It... More

I begrudgingly agreed to do this with my husband and am so glad that I did!! It was ridiculously affordable, the staff were amazing and knowledgeable, and its an experience I will never ever forget! Its 15 minutes out to the dive site, and then depending on how many on the boat you get 20-25 minutes in the water... it... More

Going into a cage three miles out in the Pacific Ocean to experience sharks sounded like a great adventure for our family of four. Unfortunately we booked our excursion on a stormy Friday. The company should have cancelled the trip but they assured us that the sharks swam rain or shine. Sounded reasonable until we realized that the day was... More

I bought this tour through Viator and was able to use my credit cards points to pay for this (I have the Braclaycard arrival +), so technically it was FREE. I loved this experience, but PLEASE be sure to take motion sickness medicine 1hr before. We had several people vomit on our boat. The waves are powerful. The crew was... More

We drove all the way from Honolulu after reserving two spots online. They ended canceling on us at the last minute two separate times. A little communication goes a long way.

We apologize for your frustrations but appreciate your honest review. Our business is very unique as compared to other tours/attractions here in Hawaii. We are weather dependant where as other businesses may operate regardless of weather conditions. The most important factor is the wind. We are absolutely at the mercy of wind direction and strength to dictate the ever changing... More
