This was one of the best parts of our trip to Hawaii. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. They pointed out whalws and turtles as we made our way out to sea. They took us to a spot where the cage was anchored. They gave us snorkel equipment. Sharks were already there, waiting for us!!! Big sharks that you... More

It was a great experience! After calling around to a couple different places I found them to be the most friendly. Some of the other companies where jerks on the phone. Got to spend a lot of time in the cage and get up close and personal with sharks. I never thought I'd have the opportunity to do that. The... More

This was a chance I would never get again, so I did it! I got seasick going out and coming back..... Was it worth it? Yes! The Captain and crew were great, they filmed everything. You can buy T-shirts and the video of your swim/ dive. Don't forget an underwater camera, I brought two. There were so many sharks! It... More

What an awesome adventure! The crew was really nice, friendly, & had great senses of humor which added a lot to the experience! I went without a group and felt welcomed instantly. Fun to get to see the sharks and learn about them too. I went on the earliest trip and there was a good amount of sharks. I'd also... More

If I could give this experience a thousand stars I would! Our captain and guides were Chris and Rich and hey are amazing! They were thorough, funny, relaxed and informative and genuinely have a love for sharks and they're jobs. We hopped on the boat and took off right at the time we arranged withy the company and as soon... More

We booked this trip last second. We actually did not have any plans to do any thing like this at all. We saw a sign while driving through the marina, and my youngest son (7 years old) really wanted to try it out. We tried to call at 10 am and asked if they could fit us in that same... More

This is a straight ahead, get to the point excursion. Point is to find sharks then jump in the cage and be amazed. These folks delivered a great experience - 30 min boat ride, 30-40 mins in the cage with three 10' Galapagos sharks and three 6-8' sharks as well. Very cool experience.

I booked this trip last minute with my boyfriend. I called at 8 ish am and asked about availability for 12:30 they told me it was good so I went online and booked. I drove up and was waiting at the dock when at 12:15 I got an email from the company saying it was cancelled. When I called they... More

I did the Shark Encounter yesterday with my parents and some extended family. The guys running the tour were so friendly and knowledgeable, it really out everyone at ease heading out on the boat. As we sailed out, we could see whales in the distance which was amazing in itself. We pulled up at the cage floating out in the... More

Great trip enjoyed the many sharks we saw along with a few barracuda's we were also able to hear the whales underwater and also a couple on our trip back. Staff was very pleasant I do wish that they would have interacted with everyone and not just with a few. They were few questions I would have like to ask... More
