I have always wanted to 'swim' with sharks and this was the opportunity, I do not regret it one bit. The day we went out, it was overcast and raining, but we were told the sea was relatively calm. We were very glad we took the advice about motion sickness tablets regardless. It is a VERY small boat and you... More

My husband was the one that decided to climb into the cage, I sat on the boat and tried not to throw up from the motion sickness. He loved every minute of it. You can rent a GoPro from them for underwater videos and pictures or you can bring your own. The guys were very friendly and helpful. the ride... More

I don't swim at all and I usually wear a life vest when I do. However, I felt super safe being on the shark boat with two very experienced guides. There was no fear of them coming around to bite us because they get fed in the bottom of the ocean. At one point, the sharks were right there at... More

We had an amazing experience. We chose the 6:30 am tour which meant we had to leave Koolina area at 5:15. (Don't leave later than that, traffic was already getting bad). The crew was helpful and knowledgeable. There were about 11 sharks swimming around us. It was incredible. Although we were nervous at first, we could have stayed in the... More

Booked our reservation through trip advisor. Received our confirmation from the company. We added transportation and realized today it didn't say where to get picked up or a time.. called the company and they made a mistake and never booked us. We were offered nothing to make up for the mistake but were basically told that if we still wanted... More

Hi, I'd like to apologize for your experience this week. The "book now" button on trip advisor only went live online the day before, and it takes a few days to integrate with our reservations system. I understand how disappointing this ended up being for you. If you are still on the island I would like to offer you free... More

We had a pretty good experience, we were a group of five accompanied by a separate group of six. Enough room and time for both groups though. Twenty minutes is plenty of time in the cage, but I felt I could have just floated there for hours...it was a great and peaceful experience, floating with the sharks. Definitely bring an... More

We were a group of 6, and all of us love it. The staff was great, very punctual and the most important we felt safe. The cage was amazing. The glass makes you feel closer to them and get better videos and pictures. Highly recommended, especially because you can see a lot of sharks.

I have been to the shark cage three times. The last time the water was rough and we were tossed around in the cage and it was unpleasant. I will go again, however I will ask how the water is first before going out. This time we were warned about the rough water, but I had pre-paid tickets and didn't... More

This was one of the best parts of our trip to Hawaii. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. They pointed out whalws and turtles as we made our way out to sea. They took us to a spot where the cage was anchored. They gave us snorkel equipment. Sharks were already there, waiting for us!!! Big sharks that you... More
