The crew was friendly and courteous as we arrived and pointed us to where we could use a restroom prior to getting on the boat. The trip out to the location was beautiful. The sun was barely up and the water was calm. We stopped and the crew set up the cage, noting the full moon and the strong current... More

Do not book with this company! We booked online weeks before our visit and hired a car to drive out. We received a confirmation email the morning before only to receive a cancelation email that evening with no explanation. Incredibly disappointed family. Not only were we out of pocket for our car hire, we lost another $40 when the funds... More

I booked my would be future encounter after purchasing a Groupon. I was warned of the potential of a cancellation on the voucher but went ahead and booked it anyway knowing I could be refunded, and also considered it to be an unlikely event. I was staying about two hours away from there and began my journey there to arrive... More

The thrill of being in the cage while these beautiful sharks are swimming around you is exhilarating! The tour took about an hour and a half and was very focused on safety. We went out and were split into two groups. We each had plenty of time in the cage (about 6 people at a time). It took us a... More

We booked the whole boat since we were a party of 10. We had the 6:30 start time. Finding the exact location was a slight challenge, but we got there at 6:15 and the boat pulled in at the same time. Summer time and early morning is most likely the best time to go as the seas were calm. There... More

This was a birthday gift for my partner and I decided on the day to do it as well. Was an amazing experience. You feel totally safe although the boat ride out is a little daunting but great fun if you like speed.

Great experience and great crew! They made me feel comfortable and gave me the possibility to fully look at these animals.

An experience I won't forget! People of all ages, including 11ear olds had a blast! Very very bumpy, literally swaying especially when at the cage for an hour, you even feel the swell in the cage. We had 10sharks follow us and even though you only get 15min in the cage, it's actually quite tiring and very thrilling!!! Unsure where... More

What an awesome trip! My Nieces, brother, wife, kids & some in-laws went along on this expedition- and nobody was disappointed. The crew gave us some great educational information. We got a special visit from a silky shark, so we could compare to our other shark visitors. Had some rough seas but only one of the 12 couldn't handle it.Worth... More

We were first in the shark cage and felt like we had long enough time to have a really good look at all the sharks. We then stayed up on deck and vomited for the rest of the time. Regardless, we had a brilliant one-off experience. Given the reactions (or lack of) from the crew, it would seem that lots... More
