Showed up 30 min early per reservation email. No one was there. Called multiple times with no answer. Boat showed up 45 min later pushing to start the tour because they "didn't want to be late all day for other tours" basically cutting our tour in half. Shady shady company. Across the dock northshore shark adventures booth opened, boat arrived... More

Dived today with sandbar sharks. Such an incredible experience seeing these great creatures up close and personal. Captain Phillip and crew were super helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Really friendly guys and I would recommend to everyone!

We had a group of 10 scheduled for the Shark Encounter on January 1st... it was the most anticipated excursions of our entire trip. Understanding that rough seas are frequent in January, we called the company on 12/30 AND 12/31 and was told that it looked good for 1/1. As a result, we rented two cars, curbed our celebrating on... If you are wanting a safe Shark experience, this is a must. The staff make this trip super easy and the sharks are plenty! Galapagos Sharks are swimming at you from every angle! For about 20-25 minutes you are able to be in a huge box that is just below the surface of the water and the sharks just swim... More

I could not go on my Shark Encounter tour due to high winds (they had an enormous storm the night before) but I am rating this company 5 stars because of their professionalism in handling my cancellation. Firstly, I showed up on the wrong day (my fault) and was immediately able to get through to somebody on the phone who... More

10 people on a tour means 5 in at a time and about 15 minutes if you're the first one in, last one out of the cage. Sharks were very cool. They said they would detach the cage from the boat, which they don't often do, and didn't, despite the water not being that bad. Captain Rich and his coworker... More

AVOID a full tour! The cage will hold 8 people and they will take up to twice that giving you a whopping 15 minutes in the water. The Sharks were amazing. You see two species that aren't exactly threatening but still surreal to have them come up close and personal. Considering you spend most of the tour on the boat... More

Booked a trip with Hawaii Shark Encounters and it lived up to all we expected. Saw lots of sharks up close In crystal clear water. The day we went out it was a bit rough, however, this added to the adventure for the two teenage boys. It made it a bit harder in the cage due to the waves but... More

What an awesome experience! No reason to be scared you're 100% safe. Watching these sharks just swim right around the cage is one of the coolest things I've ever done! Great staff, great boat, great tour!!
