Along the way, our friendly instructors, all of whom are certified lifeguards, will teach you the skills to be confident stand up paddlers. We guarantee that you can stand up and that you'll have a great time with us. Come by yourself or with a group. All groups are private – we do not join you with strangers. Lessons are 2 hours and photos are available free of charge. We are available from sun-up to sun-down. We do not have set times; we go when it is convenient for you. If your time permits, come experience our spectacular Sunset Lesson. Ready for even more paddling fun? Join us for our astounding coastal adventure (come see the dolphins!)or our fitness paddle. My husband and I had a great time stand up paddling with Rainbow Watersports! Our guide, Rowan, was a great coach, tour guide and just a really good guy to hang with. Under his guidance, we were up and cruising on the boards quickly. We highly recommend this experience to others!

Heidi is excellent at explaining all the ins and outs of Stand Up Paddling - this was my first time out, and the ocean was a new experience for me - I had a great time, felt safe and will do it again next time I am in Haleiwa. Which I hope will be soon - Paradise!

I was so nervous while driving to Haleiwa for our lesson. I didn't know what to expect and I'm not a strong swimmer. My husband and 3 kids (aged 9,11 and 11) went on the 2 hour SUP tour with Rohan today. It was excellent. They started where the Rainbow Watersports van is (beach before Haleiwa Bridge).
