Trip Advisor does not seem to allow a review of this as a brunch location, but there is a Sunday brunch each week at the King Kamehameha Golf Club on the west side of the isthmus in Maui from 10-2. The clubhouse is a Frank Lloyd Wright design and worth the trip to see it and the amazing views. The... More

Fabulous setting with highland views literally across the isthmus. Painstakingly maintained, but subject to gusty winds. The clubhouse has Frank Lloyd Wright written all over it. The Willie K Christmas Show was boffo. He is a legend on Maui. Tom Conroy, lead guitar, should be a legend. He sounds like Django Rhinehart. It costs $100 pp with a prime rib... More

We went to a Willie K concert here that included a prime rib and seafood buffet. I will rate the various aspects separately: Venue - 5/5 - fabulous architecture and interior finishings. Proper padded banquet chairs with backs. In the daytime there are fabulous views from here. Food - 3/5 is a generous rating. prime rib was ok (not great),... More

Thank you for sharing your beautiful facility on Thanksgiving. Great food, reasonably priced tab, good service. A rare opportunity to dine in a fabulous landmark property with family.

Dinner and show. Willie K & the Guys are a terrific band with 2 incredible lead guitar players. Uncle Willie K is an island legend and rightfully so. He is a multi talented virtuoso on any stringed instrument with a voice that spans several octaves. Tom Conway is no slouch on the guitar himself. He trades licks with Uncle Willie... More

We have played a number of courses in Maui, including the Plantation course at Kapalua. This course ranks as the best yet for playability, scenery, layout, condition, value, and overall enjoyment. You need to know how to play into wind as half the holes go directly into it, the rest with it (which makes going for the par 5's in... More

Spent a month on Maui playing 7 courses during my visit. I would rate this course as the best maintained of all 7. KKGC sits 600-700 feet above the isthmus of Maui on the Iao Valley (north) side of the island. Because it is located inland, there are no ocean holes, but you have nice views of the east and... King Kamehameha Golf Club is in great condition. The fairways and greens are both terrific. Layout is a bit ordinary, but there are some very good holes. Wind can be a bit of an issue as it was on the last time we played. Just make sure you have your hat on tight.

We've played quite a few courses on our stay here: Kapalua, Wailea Blue, Gold and Emerald courses and then King Kamehameha. This course is truly stunning. The clubhouse was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for Marilyn Monroe and reminds me of something from the Jetsons. The views are stunning and course itself is very challenging. I'd say out of the...
