Affordable golf on Maui?? Yes! This course is a good one. Community oriented and guests welcome. The restaurant is also very very good with excelent service and low prices!

Despite being a small local course, it is well maintained and has a wonderful view as it meanders along the ocean. It can be windy at times, but with wide, open fairways it is highly playable by amateurs such as myself. The price for a round is very reasonable for visitors and is an exceptional value for residents.

We golfed this in March. Forgot they only take cash but luckily we had enough with us. $55 each for non-residents. Pro-shop takes credit cards for the cart which was $20. Can't beat the view. Keep returning to this course. Price is good, course is decent.

The wind was howling fun, the views astounding, the locals (resident golfers and employees) inviting. I've read a few of these reviews commenting on slow play and being crowded. Yes, maybe a little but after all, it is the municipal. I'm willing to put up with a group of 5 and slightly slower play to have the privilege of golfing... More

A lovely course; stunning. Well maintained, not terribly challenging, not a lot of trouble spots, but fun. And likely to be very, very slow. They allow six-somes - really??? We were backed up the whole time. Maybe next time we'll book for earlier. We had a beautiful day, but check ahead for weather - there are a lot of rain... More

I came here with two locals - it was $10 each for them and $55 for me as a non-resident. We had a 9:30 tee time but got there earlier and got to go out a bit early. It was quite busy considering it was a Friday and we had to wait at pretty well every hole. Beautiful scenery though... More

My husband and I love to golf so of course wanted to golf while on our honeymoon. After researching many of the courses on Maui, we stumbled upon Waiehu Golf Course. Compared to the resorts that charge hundreds of dollars for golf, we were excited (and interested) to see what $55/person (not including cart or clubs) would be like. We... More

Sure the conditions weren't the greatest; but they certainly weren't the worse. I really enjoyed playing here and I've played all over the place. Scenes of the ocean were on so many of the holes. I'd certainly play it again. There rental clubs were decent and the whole experience did not cost alot. The only problem is that they do... More
