Ocean Rafting Tours typically go to the Kanaio Coast as well as La Perouse, past Dolphin Cove, where a pod of spinner dolphins live. Along the way, we almost always see the endangered green sea turtles and during the months between December and April, the awesome humpback whales. The weather dictates our snorkel sites and destinations. We snorkel at two or more spots. The possibilities include the marine preserve Molokini, the rugged Kanaio Coast, La Perouse,Olowalu, Turtle Arches, and the beautiful Coral Gardens. In between our stops our crew will share their knowledge of the ancient history and cultural practices and whatever nature and her beauty have in store for us, you can be sure it will be exciting! (Licensed for 71 passengers, we will take only a small group for maximum comfort with no more than 45 passengers per excursion.)We serve you a continental breakfast featuring fresh bagels with cream cheese, jams, tropical fruit, Kona coffee and juices. Once we get to our second snorkel site, the crew fires up the barbeque for a delicious hot-off-the grill lunch. Lunch includes; hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, served with all the fixings and Maui Potato Chips along with macadamia Nut cookies for dessert. We feature an open bar of beer, wine and sodas. All of your snorkel gear and instruction are provided. Disposable 35mm underwater cameras are available for purchase on board and we have optional SNUBA dives for an additional $59, to the instructor. « less

We took the Beyond Molokini tour onboard Maui Magic. It was awesome. This is a different itinerary to the many other Molokini Crater snorkelling tours. The boat is smaller and so you a part of a more intimate group. This tour will take to other locations besides the Crater and so it is worth it just for that. But by... More

Did the Molokini and Turtle Arches on board the Maui Magic. Boat was perfect sized and not overfilled - thanks to their policy of limiting participants. Made for a nice day on the water - lunch BBQ was amazing, Island burgers and hot dogs grilled to perfection. The stop at Turtle Arches was rougher water, but the staff was very... More

My family and I had a wonderful time on the Maui Magic. We went for a snorkel trip and ended up paying a little more to learn to SNUBA dive. My 4 kids and me loved it. It was definitely worth the money.

My daughter and I went our June 3rd. The crew was absolutely great and the trip could not have gone any better. We were lucky to not have high winds so we were able to snorkel in the nice places. Highly recommend you take the trip, you will enjoy the boat ride and hopefully the weather will cooperate and you... More

Great trip with a friendly staff and no frills approach. Conscientious captain who selected the best spots based on weather conditions. Equipment was adequate. The boat was perfect for a snorkeling trip of this type but not a luxury craft by any measure. Relatively small number of passengers a definite plus. Great BBQ on board, Try the Maui Wowie (cheeseburger... More

I was in Maui with my partner in May 2013, and I've been thinking of going back since:-) An absolute highlight was heading out to Molokini Crater on the Maui Magic. Captain Charlene was fantastic, but First Mate Bob made all the difference. I can't wait to get back out there! Mahalo Bob!

Had so much fun on this tour, from the moment me and my friend turned up (far too early), to staying behind after the tour to chat and get some great information about the island. The guys are so helpful and friendly. At 8am exactly we had a beer in our hands and plenty of refills throughout the morning =)... More

Pleasant boat ride out to Molokini. For someone who often gets seasick I didn’t have a problem. On the way we had a pod of dolphins swimming right next to our boat. The captain took us to this particular place where dolphins often are and I imagine they do this for all trips. You make two snorkelling stops. Molokini being... More
