I am a diver so was skeptical of the Snuba experience - not really snorkeling and not really scuba - then why? Well, it seems that there are times when being able to hang below the surface - say 20 feet down - without all that equipment on is a real plus. We saw amazing fish up close and personal.... More

I'm a Maui permanent resident and did this with a few friends at the hilton in kaanapali. Brian was awesome, knows so much about the area and currents. Felt completely comfortable and saw some great fish and an octopus. Would definitely go again and absolutely recommend to everyone!

I would like to thank Shoreline Snuba and specially our instructor Martin for the memorable experience he provided my daughter with. I hold a PADI rescue diver certification but I haven't been diving since 10 years ago. My daughter just turned 7 and tried snuba for the first time. Martin was very patient and because of his instruction and care... More

My husband and daughter went on a snuba adventure with Matt and both agreed it was excellent. My husband has NEVER requested that I post something on trip advisor for him, until now. Their snuba trip started at the shoreline of the Marriott Maui Ocean Club. According to their website, shorelinesnuba.com, it appears they also leave from a few select... More

Had the pleasure of going out doing some Snuba diving with Matt Wheeler. Seldom do you find a more professional and knowledgeable instructor to provide you confidence but also the personality and demeanor to have you enjoy the dive and show you the sites which you have come to Maui to see. Much thanks to Matt for making my diving... More

Matthew is an awesome instructor. Being afraid of water, I wasn't sure how I would do 20 feet under. Matt made me feel like I was in good hands and I was. He gives clear instructions, makes sure safety is first and wants everyone to have fun. My husband and I had an amazing time - we swam with a... More

Can't say enough about Matthew and the great time we had today. My wife and I were complete rookies and within a few minutes we were swimming with the fish and turtles 20 feet under. He was very patient and attentive to the safety and small details. We had a great time and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We stayed at the Honua Kai resort and met Martin and Adam at the pool where they gave kids and adults a chance to experience SNUBA in the pool. It was a big hit and my daughter wanted to do it everyday. At the end of the week we went out with Martin and I watched my daughter experience her... More

My husband and I did a Snuba dive with Matthew from the Maui Marriott Ocean Club. It was an unbelievable experience for us! We're 60 and 62 years of age, and I walk with a cane. Matthew was not at all reluctant about helping me have this experience by making a few adaptations. We took the advance training with him... More

I had Scott as my guide on the Fairwinds II boat in Captain Cook's cove on the big island. We dove in the afternoon and the experience was wonderful. He was a great guide and helped us resolve an problems we had while we were diving. It was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.I highly... More
