Company has way too many rules for their benefit and is not nearly as much fun as other companies for you. Have been on many other zip line tours that are safe with safe practices but don't drain all the fun out of the experience as Piiholo does. Piiholo uses harnesses that are heavy that you must lug around all... More

2nd time zip lining (went 4 months ago in Puerto Rico). Family of 4 (kids 9 & 11). Zip lining is expensive IMHO. This place had the best (lowest) fee (7-line tree top course). Other places wanted 2x as much. Our guide (some dude but I can't recall his name) was super cool. But still very safety conscious. We had... More

Aloha! Safety is our number one priority for our guests, so we are happy to hear you felt your guides were safety oriented. We are running our 7 line tour as a summer special right now, it normally retails at $145 per person, so it's awesome that you and your family were able to take advantage of that! Next time... More

This was awesome. We went during our honeymoon in June and it was my first time on a zip line. Our guides were Dave and Max and they did an amazing job. While it was still exciting to zip around the trees and incredibly fast speeds, they still managed to make us feel safe. Both were full of fun facts... More

My family loved this activity. Flying through the tree tops, great views. We felt very safe and confident in our guides. We had some nervous people in our group ( including me!). The guides were knowledgable & fun. We did the 7 line tour , our kids under 12 were free. A helpful saving. You will need to hire a... More

This was our second time doing the 7-line tree to tree ziplining at Piiholo. I'm a pretty big chicken at heart, but I really enjoyed this! The guides were patient and safety conscious. Their sense of humor kept this light and fun. While this is the only place I've ever ziplined, the locals told me that the equipment here was... More

Sounds like you had a good time on our zipline tour:) and we are so happy to hear that. There are some "kinks" we are still in the process of working out with our photos. Our staff always tries to take the best quality photos, and they also try to give our guests the most variety of shots they can... More

This is a blast - safe! And no matter how scared someone in your party may be, it is safe and fun (at least for us!) They also rent G-Pros for your helmut and the footage is hysterically fun and the memories last a long time!

Went on this with 3 girls aged 12-17. They have go pro helmets. Brilliant views! Max and Austin were awesome! I'm scared of heights and they made me feel safe and comfortable. Listen to their instructions, as my youngest didn't "cannonball" enough on the last one and had to be pulled in. Great in the morning before it gets too... More

This was a great day and our three kids enjoyed this more than anything else we did on the trip. The staff was very friendly, patient and professional. The grounds were very pretty and I enjoyed the drive through the countryside to get there. They gave us a snack and drink break. We stopped for lunch on the way back... More

We had a great time at Pi'iholo Ranch. We did the seven zipline canopy tour. We did experience some rain, but by the time we were done, we were dry. Our guides did a good job of keeping the tour moving efficiently.

My kids have been bugging me for years to do some ziplining. We arranged for a 7-line tour through the Pi'Iholo Ranch. They checked us in, and had us drive up the road to find our guides, Emily & Justin. Our group had 4 adults, an 18-year-old, and 2 13-year-olds. I have a total & complete fear of heights, so...
