The show itself is excellent - interesting and entertaining. The fire dancers were clearly the highlight of it. The service was also very attentive and quick. The food was good and there were a few different options to choose from in the buffet. The drinks were plentiful and always refreshed. For families like ours (2 adults, 1 child), it was... More

if you are looking for an authentic luau, this probably isn't for you. the show is great, the musicians were fabulous and perhaps the most authentic part of the show, the dancing was excellent, but this felt more touristy than real. the food was okay, the booze offerings were not top shelf, the service was good, and the atmosphere okay.... Wow. Kudos to the performers. Food was good but not set out like the traditional luau's I have been to. Drinks were plentiful and the servers were attentive. As for the hotel there was no signage to let you know where to park or how to find the luau. Mind you the hotel grounds are vastly spread out and can... More

We had to stand in line for over 45min. Waiting to enter while the so called VIPs were given the best seats and served cold drinks! , The show has long periods of time between acts! Fire Dance was just ok,not the best I've seen. Same dancers repeated over and over again. Food was good. However, we sat and waited... More

booked directly by calling Hyatt and get 1 paid adult and one free kid price. Be careful where you seat. The one under the tree gets a lot of bird poops during the show and dinner. Not sure if you can call it lucky or not

Got the VIP tickets and sat right down front. Drinks were good and unlimited with the VIP. Food was delicious! Lots of choices and the line moved quickly. Desert and coffee by the ocean with the gorgeous views! The show was very entertaining and fun! One of the best luau's we have been to over the years when visiting Maui.

The overall experience was good and the entertainment was awesome! Our server, Dexter, was fantastic! The first Mai Tai that you are greeted with is a bit watered down, but all after that were great! The food was just ok, but the pork was really good. It was my first luau and we went for the fire dancers. They didn't... More

This was my fifth trip to Hawaii and my fifth luau, the show and food were great, it is a bit expensive but it is open bar. The food was as good as the show, I would certainly return. If I had any complaints it was the wait in the hot sun (90 degrees) at 5:30 PM.

Our hotel suggested this Luau, and what a show ! Beach front, gorgeous, delicious food, and great entertainment! Endless drinks for both the adults and kiddies (open bar!). I'd been to a couple other Luaus, and this was by far the best one I'd been to.

Just came from show, simply amazing. My picking teenage daughter loved it and she is hard to please. Food plentiful and good. Audience participation was really fun. Splurged and got VIP seating, was so close, could feel the heat from the fire dancers. Couldn't have asked for a better time!
