Owner description: Experience exciting lu'au entertainment right at our Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. The sound of the conch, the beating of the drums, and the echoes of the Hawaiian chant signal the start of Hawaii's most exciting Lu'au. My family and I have tried all the luau's in Maui and we have all decided this is our favourite one. Buffet is great food. Very friendly service. Show is the best. Only one that has the fire spinners. A must see!!

We went to Maui for the first time for our honeymoon this past October and loved it! We stayed at the Sheraton and were thinking of going to the luau there, but it was recommended to us that we go to the luau at the Hyatt Regency – the Drums of the Pacific Luau. We are sure glad that we... More

It was a birthday celebration for our sister, so we arrived ready to party. A nice environment, the food was excellent, and the show as interesting, colorful, active, and fun . . . but the firedancers were the best. As it started to rain, the crowd was given plastic ponchos . . . so all those pretty Hawaiian dresses and... More

Great overall show. The story linked all the islands together and the MC kept it interesting The only possible letdown was the haka. But a small group is never going to have the same atmosphere as a sports stadium.

We were fortunate to have 2 for 1 vouchers for the night, I am sure we would have booked the night even if we did not have these included in our travel package. The entertainment kept everyone occupied before, during and after the meal. We really enjoyed the Polynesian music and dancing from the main areas of the Pacific. After... More

the show was awesome, the food was filling. The desserts ran out by the time we had room to eat them. Wish they had a plan like the sheraton, where you could purchase cocktails and the show, if you don't want to eat.

We loved the Drums of the Pacific luau! The food was fantastic, especially the ahi poke! I could have made a meal out of that alone. Everything on the buffet was fresh and tasty, and the drinks were plentiful. The show was colorful, and educational. The setting along the beach could not have been more idealistic. We would love to... More
