We enjoyed the food and show. It was well done and very informative. Seating from anywhere allowed good visibility to the performance so unless you literally want to be on top of the stage don't spend the extra money for the VIP tickets.

Drums of the Pacific was an amazing experience! We arrived to a refreshing drink, then we had an authentic meal and experienced great service by our server, Dexter. He went above and beyond to make sure my fiance's grandmother was comfortable. The show amazed me. My favorite was the fire dancers.

We had a wonderful time at this lu'au. I had family in town visiting and I knew everyone would thoroughly enjoy themselves at this dinner and show. The food was delicious, incorporating many local Hawaiian favorites and they also provided a kiddie-buffet for the little ones who might be a little more picky. The show was colorful and beautiful to... More

We paid nearly $500 for a family of six (two small kids came in for free). The hotel was really hard to find (both Google Maps and Waze got confused) but parking was easy when we got there. There were lots of attentive and friendly folks available to welcome us and get us seated. Everyone got a garland of some... More

Aloha Mat E. All feedback is valuable to us and we thank you for taking the time to post your comments. Our apologies you found a lack of value in your all-inclusive ticket price of upgraded seating, all-you-can-eat buffet, open bar, show and service. Glad to hear you enjoyed the show. This Luau was great! The food was excellent. The show was very entertaining. The crew at the Hyatt Maui did a great job on this! I would recommend this to all.

This luau was awesome. From start to finish. You're greeted with a lei and a Mai tai and taken to your seat. Our server was Joe. He was fun and we had great conversation. He made sure our drinks were never empty. The food was amazing. I couldn't believe how fresh the fish was. Endless amounts of poke and lomi... More

This is the 3rd Luau I've been to with the other 2 the most notable and I must say this was my favorite. It was intimate and entertaining from where we were sitting which was 2nd group of tables back and off to the left when looking at teh stage. Most of the food was great and the service was... More

Whilst we enjoyed our evening at the Lu'au and the entertainment was quite good we felt it was lacking authenticity and atmosphere. The food was average and definitely not a feast (more mass catering)! Overall we felt the cost of this was far too much for what we got and we came away feeling a little disappointed.
