I took my Mom to this Luau for her birthday a couple of days ago, and we're still raving about it. Well organized, non-stop entertainment, to say the least. Patty, our server, was very friendly, and if we needed anything, she was there. Thank you Patty & Drums of the Pacific Lu'au for such a memorable night with my family!!!

This has to be the best Lu'au I have ever been to. The food was great as was the service. But the show....what a treat to be not just entertained, but also to be educated. I absolutely loved this! It is a true class act.

This was our first luau, and we had complimentary tickets after attending a timeshare presentation at the Hyatt. I had read the reviews here ahead of time, so we had a general idea of what to expect. My kids loved the entire experience, the free fruit punch, the buffet, and the excellent show. There was another family at our table... More

Aloha karenolas, Very glad to hear you and your family enjoyed meeting new people at the table you shared with others. That is a large part of the luau experience. I will discus your comments regarding the food, with our chef. Thank you for your post. We do appreciate all feedback. Mahalo, Monica More

This was really a very good show that is well staged, well performed and very entertaining for all ages. The staff were quite attentive for the type of venue we were at and the evening finished very well. The food however, is really not even average. I am not sure why this needs to be so challenging for a hotel... More

The show was great. Location is right on the ocean so it is a beautiful sunset when you sit down to dinner. Food plentiful. Drinks flowing. No downside to this luau as far as we could tell. Kids were free. Adults paid a fair price. Enjoy!

The fire dancers simply puts this one over the top. Plus my wife got to go onstage with lots of other people to shake it out. Food and drinks seemed better too.

The food was really, REALLY good...but was gone before we knew it! (I thought I'd heard the announcer say they would leave the food available through out the show, but no... :( Our 2yr old LOVED the Fire Dancing... he even keeps talking about it and pretends to be a fire dancer himself with long yellow balloons! We've lived in... More
