Whaler's Village is a beachfront shopping centre built for the tourism industry. Lots and lots of shops but not many bargains here. If you want to shop in a nice shopping centre this is it. Have a swim before or afterwards as it is beachfront and a very 'happening' place. Parking is NOT FREE but you can get shops to... More

Didn't spend too much time here, place is under construction therefore this place might look nicer once it is completed. Not many stores stood out typical ones you can find elsewhere. Parking can be expensive.

We always enjoy shopping at Whaler's Village, but this trip was the exception. The place is undergoing so major construction and some stairways are blocked off and getting to the different levels is a challenge. The mess from the construction is unsightly. I sure hope they get finished in a timely fashion.

This unique open air shopping area is easily reached by free trolley ride from several resorts/hotels in the Kaanapali area. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the proximity to our resort and other nearby stops.

Great shops, nice area. Great place to get a gift. Fun tourist trap. Currently being renovated but should be finished soon.

Under construction with very little consideration for tourists. You can find what you need at high prices. Example - 2016 calendar here was $10. We found the exact same calendar at the local Walmart for 50 cents. True story! We liked the Subway shop for a quick reasonably priced sandwich. Lots of sales pitches - just keep walking.

A lot of internal building works is happening at the moment, but just about all the shops are open. Strange but one of the main restaurants was closed over Christmas at the front on the left, all the covers were down. Otherwise gerneal shopping at Whalers was very handy.

If you are looking to spend lots of money in overpriced stores this is the place for you. There are lots of high in stores here, which I guess makes sense, since it is right by all the resorts. If you are looking for reasonable souvenirs drive to town.

park and shop or Lunch (expensive), drink at the beach bars (expensive) or lay on the beach or walk down to black rock and snorkel and watch the turtles, a local was there and taught us how to feed the turtles.

Currently being remodeled, it has a nice collection of shops and a brilliant location, made to order for foot traffic. How could mall management and leasing agents not compose a better food court. Not only would it be a money maker, properly done it would be a draw for the retail shops. Don't miss the Hula Bar.
