Nice shopping area

This area is nice for walking around, eating, and shopping at night. The shops are a bit expensive but you can find nice things.

The products were overpriced even by Maui standards. Most of the products are not made in Hawaii. Many of the shops on Front Street in Lahaina sell products made in Maui. We did not travel to Hawaii to buy overpriced, mass-produced products which are available back home. The parking was $3 per half-hour. After waiting in line to leave we... More

Worth a look if you have the time, overpriced merchandise in the shops, but a small food court with good and cheap eats. Check out the Whaler's Museum. Also has an ABC store near the street inland.

Whalers Village was within walking distance from hotels on kaanapali Beach that offers about 90 shops and restaurants. They also offer free daily activities and we watched an excellent free show of Hula Dancers one evening - they have ample seating and first come, first served! There is a free shuttle service that runs from the resorts and a nice... More

I hate to be a negative nancy- but compare to Lahaina village there isn't much to do here. A few shops. A few restaurants. A beach. It's nice to look at for a short time- but don't plan a day around it. If you're looking for dinner all of the restaurants become packed at dinner time and you have to... More

I like the village because its in the perfect location if you need something while hanging at Ka'anapali beach. The downside is the people that hassle you about buying condos everything you turn around. I don't find it relaxing when it feels like you are at a carnival midway being yelled at to "come over". Avoided it when we could.... More

When you have had enough sun and need to do some heavy shopping, this is the place! There is everything from kids, teens, women's and even men's stores to entice! The mall is clean, family friendly, parking friendly, and tourist friendly. Give it a visit!

So my wife and I contemplated taking our daughters to a luau to because they love watching the dancers. However we thought it would be a waste of money because they wouldn't eat enough and obviously do not drink. So we decided to check out the show they put on at the mall. What a great show they put on... More

The restaurants are very competitive and have great views. The stores are fine if price is of no concern. Pay parking

What a fun place to roam around, plenty of specialty shops & resturants on the main street and on the sides streets, with a lot of Hawaiian history. Treat yourself to a Hawaiian sunset while your there ! Friday nights are crazy fun, and jam packed with people. Saturday's offer a vendor market in the park by the marina &... More
