Loved this pretty open air upscale mall with a great variety of quality shops, some too expensive for our taste, and some fairly priced for hawaii with cute stuff. (Hated the tourist vibe of lahaina, enjoyed the feel here much better!) Loved the convenience to walk from our hotel and such a great variety of shops; yogurtland, a place for... More

This mini mall has it all. From high end designer shops to fine jewellery stores to unique local gift stores to ABC stores. No matter what you're looking for, you can find it at Whaler's Village. The layout is unique and the location is perfect, right on the ocean snuggled between two huge hotels. Whether you're shopping for yourself or... More

Whaler's Village in Laihaina is always a stop on my visits to Maui. It has a nice blend of live entertainment, restaurants, shopping and great people watching. I end up here in the evenings when I want to get out and enjoy a bite and listen to some jazz. It sits on Kaanapali beach and is an easy walk from... More

Whalers Village is located in a very nice area of Kaanapali. Very easily accessible even by Maui public transport. There are some nice stores such as Louis Vuitton, Sand People, Tommy Bahama, Sephora and Coach. I liked that there was more of a balance between upscale shopping and the knick knack shops. Some of the stores in the lower level... More

This open air beach front mall is a welcome change from the dreary malls at home. The whaler's museum is worth a visit and they validate your parking slip so you get 3 hours to wander around, have lunch, explore the area. T-shirt, craft, sports, and the usual jewellery and higher end clothing stores plus eateries and restaurants ... info... More

Conveniently located on the Kaanapali Beach walking path, this shopping center has a nice combination of restaurants and shops. There are upscale restaurants but also a food court. There are high end stores like Coach and Brighton, but also great places to get Hawaiian souvenirs, both expensive and inexpensive. A good choice for shopping in the Kaanapali area.

I read a lot of reviews and was pleasantly surprised at this mall! It is outdoors in a beautiful setting allowing us to still enjoy the sun but shaded shopping. I did not find it overpriced as many wrote but equivalent to Minneapolis. Each family member found a small token to take back. My daughter was thrilled to find a... More

I was a bit disappointed in I thought there would be more "live" entertainment. The parking is entirely too expensive, most stores have a "minimal" buy in order to get a free three hour parking. The oceanfront restaurants are more expensive than others in the area.

This is a beautiful, upscale shopping district located right off the beach. Parking is expensive, but any stores/restaurants will validate, so the parking is free if you spend a minimum of $20. You will find just about anything here, from lovely jewelry to resort wear and sundries. The location invites a walk along the beach to burn off the calories... More

This is a lovely outdoor shopping area with an assortment of great shops to explore, for serious shoppers or simply for a stroll. A must see!
