My first trip to Hawaii and surfing lessons was the one of the main things on my to do list. Armadillo was my instructer and he could not have been better. He was very thorough in instructing us before we got in the water. Once in the water he was paying close attention to what you were doing so you... More

Took our 7 and 10 year old daughters to Goofy Foot for surf lessons this morning and had unreal time! We booked a private lesson for the 7 yr old and a group for the 10 yr old. Keith took the youngest for the private and they were riding waves together within the first 20 min. She is not a... More

Great surf lesson. I surf at home but was scared to in Hawaii because of the reef. My instructor taught me how to fall and I was able to switch it up and go goofy foot by the end of the lesson.

My wife and I had our first lesson at Goofy Foot nine years ago. We came back to try a keiki lesson for our daughter. We booked a private lesson (she's 5, so that's required) with Armadillo. The experience was amazing from the moment we arrived - the staff at GF were great with our daughter, and immediately put us... More

This is the second time I have been to Goofy Foot and our instructor this time was Keith. He did a wonderful job at making sure we both (my father and I) had a good amount of time trying to ride the waves. He was fun, conversational, and made the whole experience great! If you are on Maui and want... More

I've never surfed in my life. We signed up for an early morning lesson with Keith. He was amazing! There were 4 of us in our group and we all rode our first waves pretty quickly and were feeling confident in our beginning surfing skills by the end of the lesson. Plus, Goofy Foot had a professional photographer on the... More

We had a 2 hour lesson here and it was the funnest experience ever! Talvi was our instructor and it was the best fit for our group. We all were able to stand up and got some fun souvenirs to remember it! It definitely made us wanting more! Can't wait to come back!

We had an awesome time at Goofy Foot - My 7 year old daughter was with Sean Jr. in a private lesson while my 9 year old son & I had a lesson with Keith. We all had success - everyone got up and surfed multiple waves. The instructors were so great with the kids, keeping them engaged and having... More

Thank you Keith for teaching our daughter how to surf! It was a highlight of her trip. She was able to get up right away. A little sore the next day -- using some different muscles.
