We arrived at 530, wasn't impressed by the $5 parking, but we were quickly checked in and shown to our seats. The entertainment was VERRRRRY slow to start. We basically sat, got our drinks, went to the buffet (which was actually quite good) and ate our food. Fast forward 90 mins, around 7pm (just as it got dark) a 1... More

This was my first luau and I really enjoyed it! The food was very good, the selection was quite wide and well presented. The evening started a bit on the slow side but after dinner when the show began it picked up. I particularly enjoyed the finale when the dancer were performing with torches. One very good feature of this... More

Once again, a great evenings entertainment and food. We paid for premium seating, and it was well worth it. We didn't have to queue up with everyone else, we were taken through and given a flower lei and kukui nuts and a tiki mug each. We were then led to our reserved seating which was right at the edge of... More

We attended the Royal Lahaina Luau - Oct/14 - the MC was very funny and had a beautiful voice. The dancers were absolutely great. The food was also very very good. We were very happy that we chose to attend.

My wife wanted more than anything to go to a luau while we were in Maui. This did not disappoint. The food was excellent, and the show was most entertaining. We were very satisfied.

We went to the Old Lahaina Luau on our honeymoon but returned with our 10 year old son this time. After reading a number of reviews, we decided on the Royal Lahaina Luau due to the selection of kids food and the show content...Did not disappoint! Having the kids corner of food was great for our pickier eater...The show was... More

We were all invited to watch as they removed the Pig from the cooking area on the beach which was then carried to the stage before being prepared for the buffet. The food was good as were the desserts. The drinks were part of admission price and you could choose different kinds at the bar or from the servers. We... More

Received a deal on this Luau. It was decent, but I've read there are much better to see. I suggest paying more and seeing one of the better Luau's.

This Luau was recommended by a lot of locals so we went. We were given shell leis when we first got there. They ushered us in where there was a table of drinks. This was the first luau I've been to that had all you could drink adult beverages. It was neat seeing them take the pig out of the... More

My wife and I thought the setting, the show and performers were excellent. The food? Except for the pulled-pork, which was very good, the rest was Hometown Buffet. All in all we had a good time. But...if you're a first time visitor to Maui, search out a different luau. Since this was the 1st and only luau we tried, we're... More
