The luau was a perfect way to top off our trip in Maui. The dancers were very entertaining and the finale if you will was fascinating. The Bob Barker type master of ceremonies was entertaining as well. When the fire dancers come out I promise you will not be disappointed. There is one that spins the baton so fast it's... More

This luau is so beautiful because of the amazing view of the ocean during the sunset. There are two stages, one is towards the ocean and the other is to the side so everybody has a chance to see. the hula dancers are very talented and dance so nicely. The best part for me though was the guys using fire... More

My husband and I really enjoyed this luau. The food was delicious and the show was very entertaining. Beautiful costumes and the dancing was spectacular! Great family atmosphere.

The costumes were beautiful and historical. The stories were fascinating in dance and interpretation. The music was grand and captivating. This was one of the two best luau experiences for me in Maui. I would definitely recommend.

My review of the Royal Lahaina luau is based on comparison of a luau I attended about 10 years ago here in Maui. Sadly it seems that the young dancers are losing their expertise. I was really disappointed in both the girl's and men's performances. In my opinion, they were very immature performances. The dancers in the previous luau that... More

The show was really good. They started it with the Imu ceremony. Good thing was they make sure the audience is also involved. The dance performances were also really good and they asked all the girls/ladies to come on stage for sometime so even they can have a good time. Unlimited drinks and buffet dinner.(with lots of variety). Will definitely... More

My wife and I have been to many luaus in Oahu, Kauai, Hawaii and now Maui, and this one was mediocre at best. Our party consisted of 13 adults, 2 children (ages 10 and 3) and we came early as recommended. We paid $88.54 per adult and $31.46 per child, including taxes. For this price charging $ 5 for parking... More

Sunny beach location - you are grateful when the sun goes down, both to watch the sun set and to be out of the hot sun. The location is a gravel lot and seats about 20 long tables of 30 people each, so you can imagine the line for the open bar. The queue for the food was pretty short... More

The Luau at the Royal Lahaina was very entertaining, and provided a lot of Hawaiian history. Drinks are unlimited as part of the ticket price, along with buffet. The food was excellent, with a great variety.

Absolutely Awesome! The staff was great, the food was fantastic (and good for kids/picky eaters) the drinks were good. The entertainment was terrific..they used 2 stages and had everything from dancers to flame throwers. The narrator/MC was very informative and gave you a really history of Hawaii and their culture. It was a great overall experience!!
