Walked around Lahaina visited shops. Went through the Courthouse. Banyan Tree is impressive. More

Quite a sight to see. Be sure and keep an eye out for the crafts fair held in the park. A very nice setting for some arts and crafts. My favorite time in the park in early morning or dusk when the birds are roosting there - unbelievable auditory experience! More

You must go to this park while in Lahaina. The large old banyan tree is beautiful and provides for some wanted shade by the afternoon. Just take a stroll or pick up a couple of sandwiches...it is well worth the rest. More

If you are on Maui take time to see the Banyan Tree. It's not a grove of trees but a single tree that grows roots down from its branches to form new trunk. A lovely break from the tourist shops! More
