Not being techy I was sceptical as I didn't want to pay extra (on top of the app fee) for internet fees and roaming charges etc... My husband and I used the app to tour the island of Maui Well worth the app fee! No extra charges!! Our iPad did drain quickly which the app indicates it would (So bring... More

I had so much fun driving around Maui - the road to Hana, Haleakala, the west shore, etc. with the GyPSy ongoing travelogue telling me what I was looking at, when to turn, what's ahead and, in between sites, the history of Hawaii and Maui. Two things made me laugh out loud: when it said that I was welcome to... More

Don't read a map. Don't read a guide book. Look out the window and listen to ALL the info. Don't need to argue with "The Navigator" Timely, accurate, full of practical tips such as "cross the bridge and there is a pull-in to park you car in 100yds". Buy the whole island version.

The directions and history of Maui was well worth the $5.00 download. We had to listening to the narration through the phone speaker so if you had the means to improve that it would be a great help. The only problem we had was a side trip to one of the town we were told to check out but the... More

Came across the advertisement in one of the tourist coupon books, and only downloaded it because it had the "TripAdvisor" recommended seal of approval. Purchased the entire Island of Maui edition, and we used it the full week we were there. Cannot say enough of how this GPS activated app not only guided us, but included lots of useful history... My husband had seen some ads for this app you can download to your phone in some of the Maui tourist magazines picked up at the airport. Before purchasing he read several reviews on Trip Advisor and also on Amazon. We decided to download it to his phone and purchased the entire island tour for only $10. This guide was... More

We purchased the Maui whole island tour, but because we were only there one day, we decided to do part of the road to hana and part of the circle tour. It is the best $10 I have ever spent. We also have the one for Oahu, which is awesome too! The actual drive to hana was boring to us,... More

We barely found out about GyPsy towards the end of our stay in Maui and purchased the 'Road to Hana' tour for $4.99. We would have liked to use it for the the full-island tour which includes 'Road to Hana', Haleakala, and Lahaina, Wailea area for $10.00. We downloaded the app on our iPhone and had no problem with it... More
