Don't read a map. Don't read a guide book. Look out the window and listen to ALL the info. Don't need to argue with "The Navigator" Timely, accurate, full of practical tips such as "cross the bridge and there is a pull-in to park you car in 100yds". Buy the whole island version.

The directions and history of Maui was well worth the $5.00 download. We had to listening to the narration through the phone speaker so if you had the means to improve that it would be a great help. The only problem we had was a side trip to one of the town we were told to check out but the... More

Came across the advertisement in one of the tourist coupon books, and only downloaded it because it had the "TripAdvisor" recommended seal of approval. Purchased the entire Island of Maui edition, and we used it the full week we were there. Cannot say enough of how this GPS activated app not only guided us, but included lots of useful history... My husband had seen some ads for this app you can download to your phone in some of the Maui tourist magazines picked up at the airport. Before purchasing he read several reviews on Trip Advisor and also on Amazon. We decided to download it to his phone and purchased the entire island tour for only $10. This guide was... More

We purchased the Maui whole island tour, but because we were only there one day, we decided to do part of the road to hana and part of the circle tour. It is the best $10 I have ever spent. We also have the one for Oahu, which is awesome too! The actual drive to hana was boring to us,... More

We barely found out about GyPsy towards the end of our stay in Maui and purchased the 'Road to Hana' tour for $4.99. We would have liked to use it for the the full-island tour which includes 'Road to Hana', Haleakala, and Lahaina, Wailea area for $10.00. We downloaded the app on our iPhone and had no problem with it... More

We did this tour and it worked out great for us and was very helpful. I will say there was a couple times where it said it would tell us to turn and it didn't and then we would pass the stop and turning around on Hana Highway is not the easiest thing.

This app guided us around the island better than a human tour guide. It even saved us from going to the volcano area without warm clothes! Definitely to be highly recommended.

Wow! Was this App ever helpful on our Maui trip. We've been here several times but brought newcomers this trip. GyPsY was the perfect guide for sites to see and wonderful history and tidbits of info about the island. The suggestions for place, shops and restaurants are great! The commentator does not reveal his name, so we named him Roger.... More

This is one of the best guides I have ever used. Filled with tons of information, Hal (or so we named the voice of our tour guide) was keyed to particular spots along the route. Information ranged from historical to suggested stops and directions back to the resort area and airport. Definitely more than I could get from a guide... More
