Great experience. Loved it!

Surfing lessons with Outrageous Surf School were the highlight of our Hawaii trip. We all loved our experience. We had 9 in total: 4 adults, and 5 kids (15, 12, 10, 9, 8). This was the first time surfing for all of us. They promised that we would all get up and we did! We went for the semi-private option... More

Little disappointing. Would recommend private lessons. Slow paced due to waiting for each persons turn. Pics were promised but not delivered due to an issue with computer. Not sure how that affects the camera but it does (apparently).

We had booked our surf lesson, based on our friends recommendation. Typical mom, I let the kids do it, with no intention of actually doing it myself. I had so much fun videotaping and taking my pictures….I had to go out and try it myself! Not only was Willie the instructor, informative but he protected the kids from the other... More

Highly recommend this team. My two kids and I went for our 1st surf lesson and we both stood up after second wave! They also took photos during our activity and provided that on CD for small extra fee. Again this place comes highly recommended.

I went twice during my stay in Hawaii. The instructors are fantastic. They make sure that you are safe. Everyone is very laid back( like the rest of Maui) but they treat you like family. They treat you like how you would treat a good friend of yours. I would recommend this place to anyone. They also give you a... More

Awesome group of surfers sharing their knowledge! We had a great time in our lesson with Benson who made everything so simple and easy to follow! Him and the owner were very helpful getting us set up before going out on the water and Benson kept everything simple for us amateurs to understand! I could hear other surf school instructors... We loved this surf school. Had a local vibe instead of the touristy feel. My two teenagers had a private lesson with Brandon who couldn't have been better. He gave them a quick lesson in the shop then off they went. They got in the water and started riding wave after wave. Brandon was right there for each kid and... More

This company was recommended by our resort concierge. They didn't disappoint. Myself 45+ year old male and my two teenage daughters took a surf lesson. The vibe in the shop was very cool. We had one instructor for the three of us. After quickly setting us up with rash guards and water shoes we walked to the beach got the... More

Do not go here! This is the worst excursion place I have ever been too. They instructors made you feel unsafe and we got less than half of the guaranteed surf time. On top of that, they cursed and called names in a mean manner to a 14 year old. Very bad place and very mean people.

Scott (owner) was gracious, kind, helpful, and very good with our 10, 12, & 15 year olds. They were very safe and all surfing after a great lesson! Thanks Scott!
