Now the beach area has showers, grass, parking lot, picnic area, restrooms and way more people but the snorkeling is still the same! I love this place when you had to hike through the kiawe bushes to get through and parked on the old runway to the old airport but now it's slick and accessible and better in some ways.... More

A great place to relax and enjoy the beach especially during the afternoon. Being the west side of the island, and Hawaii having very clear atmosphere, the sunsets are phenomenal! There are many things to do around here such as snorkeling, swimming, restaurants, bars, etc. I wouldn't recommend it for advanced surfers since the waves are not as big as... More

We really love the relaxed atmosphere at this beach. It's nice to have a grassy area above the beach to set up your blankets and chairs, with a little shade from the trees, and restroom facilities. Snorkeling here may not be as great as some other beaches but it is more peaceful especially after coming over from Kaanapali where there... More

We did a shore dive from Kahekili beach. The ocean waves were not too high and the visibility of the water was good. There was plenty of parking if you go in the early to mid morning. The beach is clean and well maintained.

There are a lot of ways to enjoy this beach. There is a grassy area just above the beach for those who prefer to have solid ground to set up their beach site or throw a frisbee. There is a nice beach for those who want to lay in the sand. There is a covered area for picnics that can... More

Just a little south of our Hotel - the Aston Mahana at Ka'anapali lay this beach area. A nice quiet area compared to the bustly area by the Black Rock near the Sheraton Hotel.

Great views of Molokai and Lanai from this beach. Very peaceful. And you can watch a live webcam from this beach online after you leave at mauisands.com. Best webcam from Hawaii that I have found

Clean and quiet in the morning. Free public parking next to the Westin Resort Villa. Picnic tables and showers with grass area. Clean sand and clear water. Reef is very close to shore. Ok for snorkeling. Some shade area. The sand beach is not very wide from grass to water.

If you want to get away from the crowds in Ka’anapali go here or Airport Beach. On the other side of Black Rock and near the Maui Eldorado, this beach isn’t lined with hotel and timeshare resorts. Parking the the only thin that sucks!

Parking is shared with K'pali resorts, so a bit hard to find. The beach is great sand, and has showers, bathrooms available. Restaurants are a hike down the beach, or at the close resorts ($$$). Snorkeling was unremarkable.
