Beautiful spa

Spa Moana is the best spa in West Maui. The facility is clean, beautiful, safe, and well run. I stay at another property, but always make my way over to the Hyatt to Spa Moana

This spa is fine. It is a resort spa. Since you are paying a resort fee, it would seem that one should be able to use the quiet room any time. Long way from the buildings.

My husband and I really enjoyed our massages. The facility is beautiful, especially the relaxatin room which has a beautiful view of the ocean. They also offer massages outside on the beach in front of the Hyatt.

Actual spa area is very small but pedicure room is huge with oceanfront view; service in spa area was very nice, however tried to use a beach chair fronting the spa and encountered a very rude beach boy from the activity center. Spa could offer a few beach chairs since the beach front location is so hyped.

Had a good Oceanside Lomi Lomi massage at Spa Moana. They didn't tell us to wear swimsuits for the treatment, but the staff was accommodating. You can't beat the view when you sit up at the end of the massage-looking right at Lana'i. Schedule it near sunset ans your sense of peace will be increased!

Spa Moana is an upscale spa atmosphere with really good therapists. Ask for Nico for the best massage you will ever have!

I'll start with the best things: The site was beautiful and full of amenities. When you go to your appointment at the spa, you have access to their facilities all day. Their facilities include a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna, and showers. I booked a couples lomi lomi massage in a couples suite for my husband and I, as... More

I went to Spa Moana during my stay at the Hyatt and it was the best deep tissue massage that I have ever gotten. This is the first massage that hasn't let me down and was actually worth the money. Cathie did an amazing job!!

We've traveled internationally and nationally and had spas many places. Definitely do not know what Hyatt was thinking for the couples cabana located in the middle of the noisy pool area. Don't waste your money.

My husband and I arranged through Spa Moana for side by side ocean front massages. They were lovely. Our therapists were very good. Along with our treatments, we were able to use the spa facilities for the entire day. There was a jacuzzi, a steam room, lockers, etc. It was all very nice, clean, etc. It was a little bit... More
