Decent environment, but including the obligatory tip (that I felt pressured to leave), I felt $180 USD was much too pricey for a massage by an observably under-practiced therapist. She was very lovely, but in my opinion needed to revisit the textbook - that is, if she was trained in the first place.

This is by far the best hotel massage I have ever received. The people were fantastic and Bonnie did an excellent job at working on my runners body. I walked out of there feeling wonderful. As a side note my wife had a facial here and was equally impressed. Great work and even greater service. I'll be back!!!!

Tha Spa at Black Rock in the Shereton on Kaanapali beach is a treat, and should be experienced if in the area. I was able to experience the outdoor, oceanside massage which was wonderful and relaxing. Every kink and knot that i was feeling beforehand was quickley eliminated. The staff was warm and welcoming, and i look forward to coming... More

My husband and I got a couple's massage at the Spa at Black Rock during our honeymoon this past September and I can confidently say I have never been more relaxed in my life! Jacob was amazing and the ambiance was spectacular. The room was open air and the sounds of the ocean in the background just added to the... More

My lady and I were excited and anxious to get a couples massage after our snorkeling and kayaking adventure. The place is very nice, the people very friendly but overall it was not what we expected. First off it was an extremely hot day and we had no idea that the facility had no air conditioning. Originally I requested a hot... More

This place is amazing. Who would of thought that an unassuming spa and hotel would produce such a nice spa. I was greeted by a very friendly hostess who treated me with a sugar cane water that was great. I then met my therapist who convinced me to try the hot rock massage. It was AMAZING! I was able to... It was the last day of my visit to Maui and I wanted a little extra R&R, so I booked a massage appointment with Anne from The Spa at Black Rock. They have a cabana by the beach where you can lie down and listen to the waves and the people having fun. It was unreal! My massage therapist, Anne... More

Had a great experience at The Spa at Black Rock yesterday. Got a wonderful manicure and pedicure from Denise. She did a great job, asked the right questions, took great care with water temperature and cuticles, used lovely products, and listened to what I wanted. I like the smaller and quieter Spa experience, watching palm trees and relaxing. I'll be... More

I spent my first morning in Maui at the Spa. I had a facial, total body massage and reflexology. The woman, ( can't remember her name) that did my facial was so nice, you could tell she really enjoys what she is doing. The massage was great too, but the facial was above my expectations.
