An exciting and fun adventure! The crew was great, the captain is friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the area . I took the whole day snorkel trip to Lanaii. This trip is for people who are looking for a small groups with no frills. I am a middle aged grandma who took this trip solo. We went to three fabulous... More

My wife and I have done the snorkeling tour twice over the span of five years (we've never been around for the whale watching tour unfortunately). Both trips were great. Their boat is smaller, so they only take 16 people per trip. Which means you get to really bond with the captain and his asst (swab? first mate? deck hand?).... More

My friend and I decided on this toue because it seemed very inclusive. When we boarded, Captain Ryan and First Mate Becca were very welcoming. On our way to our first snorkel site we were treated to sites of bottle nose dolphins and also of spinner dolphins. Both sites were beautiful, intimate encounters and were not at all rushed. At... we booked this tour mainly since it was not a small boat with less number of people... maui is crowded with whales by default so it doesnt matter who you go with,.. you are bound to see whales aplenty! we followed quite a number of different groups of whales,, hoping that atleast one of them will give us a good... Normally we are in the Lahaina area in January/February when the whale season is at its peak. Always use Ultimate Whale Watch because the boat is small and manned by very experienced people. Went out today and had a whale watch that rated as well as any we have had at peak season. Captain Tiffiny knew the waters and found... More

My mom and I headed out for an unbelievable tour with Povi (sp?) and Tiffany on April 11 and can’t say enough good things about our experience. Starting with the small size of the tour, the vibe was friendly and fun. We saw lots of whales breaching and slapping their fins. Considering the fact that we were heading out at... More

Wow! The girls onboard were really sweet and informative and knew where to find the whales. We had an unbelievable experience and came close to both a mother and her baby and a male. We Will never forget this!

My daughter and I chose the Ultimate Whale Watching Tour on line prior to visiting Maui. We weren't exactly sure what to expect. When we got to the docks, we found that our tour was going to be on what looked like an inflatable rubber raft as opposed to one of the larger boats that were docked in the same... More

Highly recommended. We have experienced whale watches on the larger boats and this is far superior. Women guides were very knowledgable and it was a low key but educational introduction to these amazing creatures. Tour was in April which is late in the season but we were treated to tail slaps, a fluke wave and a breach.

Fabulous excursion and even saw breached whales on April 17th which is end of whale season! Captain communicated with other tourist companies for a "team effort" to find whales this late in the year! Only downside is the captain takes whale pictures but won't email them to the group, since he's an avid photographer. Well worth it overall!
