We took this whale watch because it was not a boat with over 100 people on it. We had only 18 and the best 2 hours ever. The guides were very informative and the were able to provide a top notch trip. Best 2 hours we had on the island. I recommend this company above the others.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. First off, the boats they use are quite a bit smaller than the other companies that we were checking out. This means that there are less people on the boat overall We also went the next step and paid another $10 each in order to get a private boat for ourselves.... More

On top of the whales. Next to the whales. With the whales. Touch the whales. Be sprayed by the "blow" of the whales. See the baby whales. All can happen with this company. It did for us last week. Such a wonderful experience. Fun boat ride too.

We saw baby whales and got to see whales as they passed under the boat. Intimate boat where every seat is a good one and they only allow 6 on a boat. Totally worth it and my 6 year old had the time of her life.

Our raft captain was too good.. She knew where to go to get the best view of the whales.. And believe it or not the whales came to us.. One of the big whales came so close that it was hardly 20 feet away from us and we saw the breach.. It was magnificent.. I can never forget this experience...... More

In 2013, we had a fantastic experience with Ultimate Whale Watch ... so we were excited to experience this again. We choose the sunset time slot ...... for a TWO HOUR WHALE WATCH EXPERIENCE. This time we were extremely disappointed and time actually watching whales was maybe 45 minutes. The "captain" of the boat announced that she had been on... More

no frills check in, put your shoes in a cubby and off you go! pontoon type boat ride was tons of fun, we had beautiful weather and our captain, ryan, was super knowledgable and energetic. i learned a lot about whales and their mating behaviors. with that said, nothing is guaranteed so we didn't see any whales "spying" (like what... I've taken three whale watch tours with Ultimate Whale Watch -- all have been excellent. The guides are genuinely jazzed about what they do, but they are also unassuming and friendly, eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm. The small watercraft allows them to change directions easily to head toward whale sightings. I can't imagine anyone not loving this!

My husband and I went on an ultimate whale watch in January. When I was booking the trip, I thought the price was a little expensive, but the reviews were good so I decided to go ahead and book. Needless to say, it was well worth the money. Our captain was Ryan, and he was great. He was very passionate... More

We went out on 4 different small raft tours, raft only has 18 people. Saw lots of tail slapping, breaches and on the last day we had a whale come to the raft she stayed with us for sometime. Outstanding crew !
